    Love this so much! I recently started Joe’s 21 day transformation. It’s so great. Unlike anything I’ve ever done. Don’t ponder it. Just do it! A small investment in bountiful rewards.

    I’m doing a program with someone else but I love watching your podcast, honestly the first few videos I watched I thought you were a butt but you’ve grew on me lol.. The honesty is just motivational for me. I am a little over 3 months in and 50lbs down!
    I am the type of person that everything I do is going to be the hard way, that’s just been my life and I have a good mindset about it so when I get to the challenges I know that even though I have to do it the hard way I can do it. Being able to have that mindset truly matters.
    I do think that praying and getting myself closer to God while I’m on this journey has helped tremendously.
    I have people tell me all the time you can have a cheat day every once in a while and I just think of what you say “ you’ve had enough cake’’ 😂😂😂😂

    Hi Trainer Joe... As you know I bought your book from Amazon. I did my first 21 days and lost 15 lb.... I'm getting ready to do my second 21 days. I have not been at 172 lbs in over 5 years. I'm so excited....I still do not allow pictures of myself yet. My goal is to be 150 lbs.... I am 5'6 and 59 years old. It is a lot of work. I have a lot of nights I struggle my big thing was eating a big bowl of ice cream every night before going to sleep. I have to say I miss that. Some nights I just try and go to bed early to get it off my mind. I find if the craving is too strong to brush my teeth and the toothpaste helps me not crave the ice cream. If it were up to me we would not have ice cream in the house but my husband is not overweight and enjoys eating ice cream at night after I go to bed once in awhile. Honestly I think the worst part is knowing it's in the house. But I finally made up my mind I'm going to get this weight off I've been carrying it around way too long and I'm too embarrassed to go out in public anymore. Thank you for writing the book and giving me the tools I needed... I feel blessed to have found you on Facebook that one afternoon. ❤

    I'm eating 1500 calories a day and my goal is 6 months from today I'll have lost 25 pounds. I want to have a child in 2026 and I'd like to lose some weight/tone my muscles by next year to prepare for that. My diet plans failed in the past because I wasn't mindful enough of calories. I also was too used to how I was able to eat when I was younger. My metabolism slowed some and it's just time to accept that and do what needs to be done to change. 🤷‍♀
