Not 4 valve, 4 V is for 4 century, or 4Bbl carb.
Mine was a 315 Windsor, same colour as this one though by the time I had it there was no pin stripe. Four barrel carb, at least on my 351.
Now ive seen them in 4 colors. How many were sold? 12 per year? Pure ugly.
