I DONT CARE HOW LONG THESE VIDEOS TAKE I WILL WAIT AN ETERNITY FOR ANOTHER ONE. (i love this channel tsym for enlightening me in with these super advanced … i cant even call them tutorials it goes way beyond that.) ❤
ive been producing music for like 12 years now, never had this much fun watching educational content, these are the best videos in this category ive ever came across i could watch this all day on repeat (and i dont even use ableton) thank u so much
i genuinely beg you, NEVER stop with these videos. these are easily the best tutorials out there, and even if it takes a long time as long as they keep coming it will absolutely be worth it. thank you for having the absolutely highest standards in output
Please do not stop making these videos, even if they're super niche, they are IMMENSELY ENJOYED by those who are watching them. Please please an thank you you.
These are the best ableton tutorials for someone looking for something inspiring and habit breaking. It’s a crime that you aren’t getting more views! I’m anxiously awaiting the resonator series, hoping it’s still in the works :) ❤
I love that fog in the tittle screens in the diferent parts of the video. It reminds me so much to SH2 or The Void, I feel like this voice that teachs me advanced sound design is calling from nowhere, from the oblivion itself. Thank you so much 𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒.
Man i've been producing on Logic for more than 10 years, and it's the first time i'm actually considering switching to Ableton just with this video big up !
these resampling actions are exactly what i was going for in fl studio and renoise. this sounds so satisfying and the fact that you can just connect these things to macros makes for incredible live performances!
i downloaded ableton last week and seeing the power of these techniques has enlightened my hole approach in music. i can't thank u enough, love these youtube proyect and i hope u get a wonderful artistic road. loving u from argentina
OMG I watched this video a few months back, and I went back to it a few days ago, and you come back now! I just spiritually fell in love with this channel.
Damn this is effing insane. Thank you for doing these. I’m learning a lot. Never seen stuff like this anywhere. Can’t wait for the rest of the series. And congrats on your success :)🎉
Thank you for everything in this video...I just found your channel about a week or so ago and I really thought I may have missed out on the other parts (some people delete videos on their channel after a while)
Your videos and the effort you put into them are admirable, although I don't use Ableton live I can transfer most of the concepts to my DAW. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge ❤
would anyone know why when I do this if the length is at 100 and when I bring it down to 10 as an example, the sample still plays out before it changes so its almost impossible to make this work in regards to timing. because if im changing the value of the length its not responsive as its still play out the sample before it changes.
Your content is absolutely incredible. Keep pushing the envelope and inspiring us to innovate! I do have a quick question if it's not too much trouble - do you have any advice on how to incorporate these exponential rhythms into tracks alongside more conventional rhythms? For instance, transitioning from a section of the song which uses an exponential groove to a section which uses a conventional groove, or vice versa. Or perhaps layering an exponential element simultaneously with an element using a conventional rhythm. I have tried the latter myself and it seems doable, simply by using an LFO with a BPM synced rate to control the rate of the exponential rhythm speeding/slowing down, so while the arepggiator still has a free rate, its max/min points of contraction occur at BPM synced intervals. It is the former i am less sure about
are the samples supposted to continuously loop after they've been triggered in simplier? how can I have them be oneshots but still be able to use the loop length
@@ExplosiveWindow hey could you help me please because i have the same problem (samples continously loop) but lowering the release time to the lowest amount (in my case 1ms) doesnt work either... any tips?
Very cool. Just some small feedback, as much as I appreciate the level of detail and time you put into these videos. I speak for myself but would prefer if there was not so much going on at the same time as it’s a bit overwhelming. The sound design is quite intense already so when there’s a loud choir pad while there is talking and color inversions and strobe like effects then the sound design example and then it repeats, it gets to be a bit much for me and I notice that I am skipping over to the example and not watching the full thing. I watch a lot of tutorial videos as I’m always craving for knowledge and your videos are some of the best for sound design, I just wanted to give you some feedback that I think you could get the same message across with alot less bells and whistles that are (for me) are distracting from your core message. Again fantastic work and looking forward to more videos !
Agreed.... Really nice content, but in my humble opinion the vids would benefit if you somewhat toned down the visual aspect of things during the explanatory stages.... Especially when one is required to read. At times we're hitting sensory overload.

I gotta say, you are one of the freshier Voices in sound design i encountered lately. Keep it up and thank you!

you are exactly what is missing in most youtube tutorials 🖤
This video evokes in me the feeling i had when i first learned about and experienced the power of Spell Stacking in Oblivion so many years ago.

7:49 there's an Arca song that sounds exactly like this
Oh shit. I’m just commenting cuz I’m hype. Haven’t even watched the video yet. Will watch later. Thanks asd
very good information.
How do you stop the simpler from looping forever after a certain midi note is released?
Same issue with me. Did you find a solution?
@@jmPokemonlover It is not mentioned in the video but you must set your release to something small, like 50ms, in your simpler :)
are the samples supposted to continuously loop after they've been triggered in simplier? how can I have them be oneshots but still be able to use the loop length
im stuck at this too :(
oh i just figured it out, make sure u lower release time to 0 since it might be set to 60s (if u didnt alrdy find out urself)
@@ExplosiveWindow hey could you help me please because i have the same problem (samples continously loop) but lowering the release time to the lowest amount (in my case 1ms) doesnt work either... any tips?
i love these so fucking much
this are CRAZY
Just discovered that if one disengages snap and sets loop between 0 and 1.5% one gets a clean and precise granulator(passed through reverb)... Thanks!
thanks for existing
teach us how you do this voice :o its so good
amazing channel
Amazing
my goodness!
FIRE !
This video is so well produced, it made me quite uncomfortable watching. Great content and technique though, love it!
what drum kits do u recommend for those type of sounds?
I was looking too far for granulators, when it was simpler all along lmaoo
M4Ls Granulator is a cool free device and def. worth experimenting with, but Simpler is a beast.
anyone else having problems with simpler playing everything all at once, even though all voices are at 1?
Biblically accurate sounds ✨👁️✨
Waiting for moreee
Thanks 👍
ur pure cool lad
i liek yer aesthetic.
example. Anyway, tNice tutorials video is very simple and helpful, thanks mate!
Nice
Nah
i love yoy
I can't add different audio effects to seperate drums. it just goes to the entire drum rack
u can add effects inside of each individual drum rack cell!
For people who have never heard of mr bill or the octatrack
:) lovely
