If you duplicate an audio clip onto a separate track and use the "utility" to invert the polarity, adjusting the flux and grain size creates really cool sounds.
Best Tutorials I have seen in my 8 years of watching tutorials for production stuff on youtube, phenomenal stuff mate, pure class and a different take on tutorials that doesnt make you shoot your brains out halfway through.
@@saturnine1979 learn arrangement, this teaches sound design but not fully arrangement, folks like Frequent have made excellent tutorials on turning wrangled sounds into grooves!
what I love about this warp guide is that the techniques at their core are what was essentially "the dark arts" back in like, Ableton Live 3, before midi. The aesthetics of a lot of electronic music just seems to have caught up with the tech now.
this is some amazing content. very informative, incredibly creative editing, and the real thing that sold it to me was the sound design (really proving you’re teaching has serious merit).
My goodness this was AMAZING. Not only the concepts, which are incredible (I've learned A LOT), but also the presentation. Incredible work, really. Congratulations, but most of all THANK YOU
This technique is badass! I've just made the craziest intro to hip hop beat with it. I knew there was a creative way to use Ableton time-stretching, just like Madlib utilised Roland303 "shitty" time-stretching in his music, and this video showed me the way to do it. Keep up the good work.
Great video. Very artistic and progressive take on the "tutorial" video. I notice the perfectionism both in the technical sound design and the way this video was made. Please keep going and never stop taking this seriously 🖤
i use this technique often, in almost every track i make :D also i've considered starting to make very similar tutorial videos as this. really good editing and sounds. love this. subscribed!
just did the sound design for a SF short, it's the best technique for hissing machines sounds and computers going crazy , just a bit of chorus to smooth et voilà the lazy way
holy fuck. i have to mention: there is nothing new for what i’ve researched but your level of presentation and production blow my mind fking away! i feel like sh0dan or glados is trying to share with me with pure insights of machine level thinkig. cooooool
