    Doug, did you have any trouble getting the manifold bolts out? Or did they just break loose and come right out? Thank You. Great video

      None of the bolts were frozen. I did buy a deep SAE socket set from Lowes to get a better grip on the bolts. The bolts are very difficult to see and get a good grip on. The last two bolts closest to the steering wheel on the starboard side were odd because they included the heat deflector and required a smaller socket. Thanks for the kudos on the video. I tried to shorten it up as much as I could.

      This procedure is done to prevent water intrusion into the engine from the cooling system. Risers and manifolds begin to rust over time, allowing water directly into your engine. Most experts recommend inspection at 3-4 years with a life expectancy of 6-8 years.
