The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is very first tablet. I got it today and your videos have been a great help especially because I am new to the tablet world. I went with the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 because I want to start out with a good tablet that I will be using for a long time. From what I see and read I will have better support from these videos and from those who own this tablet, than I would from Samsung. THANKS !

It just plays the videos. i notice others with this same tablet are having this exact difficulty. Very frustrating as I enjoy this feature. Seeing everyone's comments and writing comments and thumbs up etc. Any help?
Sakitech... great tutorial, even for the Tab 12.2. Very useful. Now, one question. On the Tab, the split keyboard option isn't available, apparently. Got any ideas for 3rd party apps that can do this?

I liked it but inevitably returned it. It didn't do what I needed to do. As with all Consumer Electronics, you'll have to judge for yourself if you pick one up.

Hello great tips. Thank you for sharing. Although one thing didn't work for me. When adding items under Lock Screen> Lock Screen Card when I choose the weather widget to be on my lock screen, my tablet does not add the widget to the lock screen.
Do I have to reboot the device for this to work?

perhaps you may be able to help me further. I am wanting to watch or transfer some films from my external hard drive (WD 1 Tb) but when I plug it in via a Micro USB to female USB nothing much happens and i don't know how to locate it.
What do I need to do?

The gray Google search bar at the bottom-left of the homepage... is that configurable or is it a feature of an older version of Android? I'm running version 5.0.2 and I've got a file browser icon there instead of Google. Would be nice to be able to customize this shortcut.

Just a question. I have a galaxy s4 and just got the note pro, I noticed that there are some apps that are on my phone and are not on my tablet. Is it just because samsung makes apps specifically for their different devices?

I needed this video so badly. I paid $811 after taxes for my Note Pro 12.2 and it came with a tiny manual booklet no bigger than a book matches and with no instructions on how to get the most out of this device
Samsung usually has full manuals downloadable in PDF format. Take a look at this tablet on their website and then look for software and manuals.

You can do alot more with this tablet than an ipad but it really depends on what you'll be using your tablet for.

Alex Jauregui As far as I know, there is no way to hook up a USB 3.0 device to a Note Pro. Maybe use Dropbox or some other service to move them digitally?
It is worth noting for those who are interested in Sakitech's "xx+ Tips and Tricks..." videos that most of this tips also work for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet, for which Sakitech does not have a dedicated video.

Any advice on how to access the "Alarm app". Seems like the only way I can do it is by swiping from the top and searching for "alarm". I can't get the Alarm app icon on one of the pages. I can't even find the app in the Apps/Widgets area.

I have the verizon version of this device and am running into issues casting to screen using Chromecast is anyone else running into that issue? Mine freezes within 3-5 minutes after casting to screen and has to power cycle itself in order to unlock.

Has anyone been able to pair up and make a bluetooth mouse actually work? My Galaxy Tablet Pro 12.2 sees my Logitech Bluetooth mouse, but I always get an error message when trying to pair them up. It says "cannot communicate with device".
