Im not sure that is necessarily the "legit" way of doing it, Car & Driver/Road & Track they would go flat out from a stop and pull all the acceleration data from that run. 40-100/60-130 doesn't mean literally starting at those speeds, it's just how fast the car did that section of the run. If you want to know the fastest speed your car is capable of there isn't any reason to not do it in full boost. This isn't a competition, it's just people having fun testing their cars.
@timelapsega this is not the same as Car & Driver, sir. These cars roll race, not drag race (which they're perfectly capable of doing if needed), which start around 60mph on the street/track. This 60-130 hit is for bragging rights, man. Fastest street car.
Does anyone know of he used spray? 2.4 seconds on the highway is plain gross bring your 3k HP lambos and Vipers out but the time your extra power kicks in the race is already over GTRs short track like a dam freight train.
Those 3k hp lambos from ugr use boost by gear. Otherwise they would most likely get 100-200 in like 1.9 seconds but ye this GTR put that power down like a dam electric vehicle.
@DBABAE 3200? Try more like 3700 with the turbo kit and cage. The black calvo viper in Colorado would put the gaps to this thing. It's a 2wd car less than .5 off that GTR's time. If you don't think that's impressive you're an idiot
