    Wrong info, central govt does not fund metro fully. Just approvals took 4 years for phase 2. Funding is 80% from Karnataka and free land and water.

    Has the property rates been increased in & around kengeri as I'm planning to buy a plot there ?

      Realtors will spread a message that prices are low and its better to buy now.
      But if you compare pre covid prices and present prices, there wont be much of reduction.
      So you decide...

    A Multiplex theatre is a need of he hour at Electronic City.Infact 2-3 theatres are needed so that people living there need not go to Koramangala/JP Nagar to watch their favorite movie.

    It is a problem in every city, why in Bangalore city alone . It is more in Mumbai.
