Hi and thanks, Steve Schroeder for sharing. I just bumped into this video that reminds me of my kayaking trip to San Juan Island. How long kayaking trip did you join? Indeed, it is tricky if you plan a day trip and also a kayak. I used a different tour company. Did you encounter any sea creatures? Seals? Porpoise? I fall in love with this cozy and quiet island, San Juan Island. They keep businesses local. Most stores and restaurants close by 7:00. I am glad to know you, two had a good time. 🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶
Booking with Discovery Kayaks was really easy, the issue we had was that we wanted to go in June when the odds of seeing whales was better but the weather never cooperated. We only saw seals and an otter. I saw your sunset tour, really nice. Since we live a couple of hours from Anacortes we did our tour as a day trip. I see you have a whale watching tour video coming up, I'll have to watch that to see if you spotted any.
@@steveschroeder1670 Thank you so much for your time to check K7S up. You are very fortunate to live so close to nature that I fell in love with it. Have you done kayaking at Anacortes? It was gorgeous to see snow-covered Mt. Baker from a kayak in the sea. Or how about Ballard Lock Kayaking to see sea lions and seals? Oh..yes, I will guarantee that you will not regret watching the upcoming video. I appreciate it if you could leave some comments about what you think of that video, then I can respond more about it. O-R-C-A....🤗🤗🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶Again, thank you so much.
@@ms.kayak7seas We haven't gone kayaking in Anacortes yet. The tour you went on might be a little longer than we are ready for. We have kayaked in lake Union which is where you would have ended up if you continued through the rest of the canal. The Ballard locks are somewhere we ride our bikes through because it is on at least 2 of our normal bike routes but we haven't kayaked through them.
how fun!! love this!!

@@steveschroeder1670 I will have to revisit. There are more places to explore. Thank you.
