    These recipes are rough and I recommend looking at a few more just to get an idea of what you can do. I don’t follow recipes so just let me know what works for you!
    Frozen yogurt bars
    2.5 cups Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored totally up to you)
    1 cup of cut up strawberries
    1 - 1.5 tbs honey or other sweetener (optional)
    1 cup of blueberries
    Blend all ingredients together except the blueberries. Pour onto prepared baking sheet with parchment paper. Top with blueberries and place in freezer until completely frozen.
    Peanut butter
    One container of roasted and salted peanuts. Peanuts MUST be roasted. If you only have raw peanuts, you can roast them yourself.
    1-1.5 cups oil (I use olive oil but you can use any oil you prefer).
    1-1.5 cups sweetener (if you use a liquid sweetener like honey, use less oil.)
    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until preferred consistency
    Granola/ protein bars
    These are rough estimates. I just eye ball everything but here we go.
    2-3 cups rolled oats
    1.5-2 cups peanut butter (preferably smooth)
    1 cup dried fruit of choice (at this point feel free to add any toppings you would like)
    .5 cup honey
    Mix all ingredients together and place in freezer to harden OR bake at a low temperature to harden the honey
    Apple chips
    Apples
    Ground cinnamon
    Just use a mandolin to slice the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place as many in the air fryer that you can fit. Cook at 320 for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. (I’m not 100% sure if this is correct, so just adjust cooking time as needed based on your apples
    Sweet potato chips
    2 Sweet potatoes
    Olive oil
    Sea salt
    Peel sweet potatoes and slice with a mandolin. Coat them with olive oil and lay out on a pan. Do not over lap. Top with salt and bake at 300 for 2 hours or until fork tender. Then increase oven to 400 and bake for an additional 40 minutes
    Hummus
    1 can garbanzo beans
    2 tbs tahini
    2 tbs fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbs paprika (optional)
    Boil garbanzo beans to soften skin. Remove from stove and peel skin off the beans. This is an optional step but highly recommended.
    Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Feel free to add more lemon juice and or seasoning. You can also make spicier by adding spicier seasonings or sweeter by replacing them with honey or granulated sugar.
