I have a VTX 1300C. Great bikes. I noticed in the video that your customers forks are sitting below the level of the top triple clamp. They should be sitting just slightly above. The thickness of the top cap should be above the clamp. Might want to mention that if you're called back. Good video!
I saw you undo 1 vertical oil plug from the bottom and the oil filter. *Honestly* there are 2 oil plugs under the motorcycle that need to be drained & the oil filter. The VTX1300 has a horizontal oil plug and a vertical oil plug each has a crush washer on it. Just a FYI. There's also a drain plug for the radiator under the key ignition that plastic cover right under the ignition switch the bottom bolt in the back I think it's a 8mm or a 10.
