Here’s what I do for my hair growth: I begin my day with yoga. For breakfast, I have omelette, almonds, and idli. When I return back from work, I gently massage my scalp. At night, I apply a few drops of liitllexttra Reactivate hair serum to my hair. Just doing these steps has given me good hair growth.

I previously used a serum from wishcare in the past, but it didn't give results however this reactiavate growth serum is effective for me, and I can finally see new hair growth.

So my hair is weird, my hair will literally be super greasy the next day if use conditioner and i only used the conditioner on my mids to ends never the roots but my whole head will be super greasy the next day so i cut out conditioner all the way and only used shampoo and my hair wont get greasy or anything like that until the 3rd day(when i wash my hair again) and it stays soft, silky, & shiny. but i also have a dandruff problem so I don’t know what to do/use if im supposed to use conditioner and have a dandruff problem. If i use conditioner its super greasy and i get worse dandruff than when i use just shampoo? It’s so confusing to me! Advice needed please!!!

    Summary:
    1. Use more conditioner on mids and ends.
    2. Your ends are breaking faster than your hair is growing - moisturize your ends with hair oil.
    3. You need healthy mids, for healthy ends, so use leave-in conditioner for healthy, shiny mids.
    4. Have a growth trim schedule every 4-8 months if your ends are healthy.
    5. Be careful about going blond.

I have bleached hair and my stylist is skilled and I use K18 plus , weekly hair mask, Conditioner, leave-in-Conditioner, hair oil and a additional heat protectant which helps that I have actually relatively healthy hair. But I only wash every 5-6 days, sleep on mulberry silk pillow cases and only use silk hair ties. I only get my roots done and never get a pre-bleached area bleached again. If you bleach your hair you Must be willing to spend money and time to take care of your hair 😂😅

After my hair was cut really, really short when I was around 9 year old, I never had long hair again. I always felt it didn’t grow and, after I became an adult, hairdressers would advise against longer hair as it “wouldn’t suit” me since I had “too much hair”. Thanks to moving to Germany (and finding a fab hairdresser), Corona (no salon appointments) and your videos I now have shoulder length healthy hair that grows like crazy. Who would have believed that I, at almost 56 (!) now have a ‘hair care routine’? I get compliments and admiring looks practically daily from other women and I always tell them about your channel and my new found hair routine. I am absolutely loving my “new” hair! Thank you!

Your List is SPOT ON!--BOUGHT EVERY PRODUCT LISTED AND HAVE ZERO REGRET. I just cleared out my product graveyard (except my mouse and gel when I want to go naturally curly..... A product list for that would be much appreciated).
I'm 49, and my hair is: long (past shoulders), thick and coarse, very wavy with some coils around my face and crown, graying- Sahara Desert Dry hair that I have not colored for 5+ years, that only needs to be washed once every 10-14 days. I cut my hair every 3-5 months. In the last 6 months, I have been battling knots that creep into my hair during the night, which cause breakage when brushing them out or a daily re-wet and recondition. I just bought every product on your list for my hair type and a Revlon blow dry brush. I have zero regrets.
I'm only 12 hours into my first wash routine and have cleared out my product graveyard. It includes but is not limited to: BedHead, Curl Smith, Ouidad, Not-Your-Mother's, Twist, Renpure, and many other cheaper Wal-Mart brands like Suave, Pantene, Aussie, and more.
    Pros:
*I only need a small amount of shampoo for my hair for each double wash. It's going to last forever because I'm not going to use a ton of shampoo to wash crap products out of my hair anymore.
*My ends are already softer. Last night, when I washed and dried, I saw an immediate difference, but I was amazed when I woke up this morning, and they still looked and felt soft. It was the first time I woke up in months, and my hair didn't look like sun-dried straw, all tangled in knots.
*My mids are shiny, smooth, and bouncy. I can't ask for anything better
*My roots--I no longer need a flyswatter to spank the "fly"-aways. (or products or smoothing combs/brushes)
*The Frizz is nonexistent--It's gone, poof, goodbye! I can't think of anything else to say about it. The only place the Frizz belongs is on the Magic School Bus! Not in my hair.
*My hair smells great. I love it. Really! When I woke up this morning, it still smelled like I had just washed it before adding the Moroccanoil. Once I did add the morning oil, WOW. It smelled even better.
*Less product amount is needed. I know my hair. I HAVE to put oil in it every morning and every night, sometimes during the day as well. It is just that dry. I can still go almost two weeks without washing because I have ZERO oil build-up on my scalp. However, instead of 1tsp-1Tbsp of oil each round, I'm only using 1/2 a pump to one full pump, which is a very small amount for me. Maybe as I continue to use the recommended products, I will be able to cut back on that as well. Time will tell.
*The Revlon blow dry brush is WAY easier than the round brush and blow dryer. One hand is for the blow dry brush, and one hand is free for picking up the next section. AMAZING!
*Static--My hair is attached to a static-conducting globe. I usually wake up with mile-high hair. It was flat, smooth, shiny, and ZERO static this morning. It's like the cord got unplugged or the switch got flipped off.
*Space Saving--I cleared out products from under the sink, in the shower, and in a storage area.
In my shower: Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Mask
On the bathroom counter: Leave-In Conditioner, Hair Oil, Dry Shampoo, and brush
Next to my Blow Dryer Brush: Blow dry cream
Next to my Flat Iron: Heat protectant
Bonus: The Moroccanoil I put in my hair (morning and night) makes my winter-dry hands soft and smooth.
If, for some reason, you made it all the way to the end of this--I rode the fence for quite a while thinking the "list" of recommended products would be just another money pit. It wasn't. The entire "list" cost me about $200.00 in my area. That is a fraction of the cost of the following I bought in the past: Diva Curl, Monat, Wen, and many other high-dollar product lines, each reaching $350.00 (or more) because you need so many specific products to do specific jobs. I did spend an additional $45.00 on the Revlon Blow Drying Brush, and I have ZERO REGRETS.
PS: I am not a "paid" reviewer or commenter. I am a regular person who paid every single sent for all the products I've discussed. I paid closer attention when Chris reviewed high-end shampoo/conditioner products, and he only recommended 1-2 out of 8-10 (I can't remember exactly). I took the "plunge" when he reviewed brushes and recommended the Dollar Store $1.00 Lama Brush over all but one brush, out of 5-6. I'm pretty sure he said it brushed even better than his own personal $2,000+ brush.
Also, if it was (but it's not) a complete load of crap and my hair wasn't any better off, I would have written and copied/pasted $250.00 worth of negative reviews on every single video he posted on youtube. Why? He boldly stated in a few of his videos that I would see an immediate difference after the first wash. Chris was 100% telling the truth. I saw an immediate positive difference in my hair.
PPS: I'm going on a 14-day cruise in September for my 30th anniversary. I planned on packing the bare minimum of products so I could travel carry-on only. I know not everyone can go two weeks between washes. Because I can, I plan on bringing travel-size products and the blow dryer brush. It will all fit into my liquids bag, and I will definitely get 3 washes, maybe even 4. And I will still be able to pack carry-on with awesome hair!

Thanks Chris! Finally advice from a hairdresser that just makes SENSE.
I've been trying to grow my hair for years and never make it past shoulder length from all of the breakage. Everytime I'd go to hairdressers and ask for advice I'd have a barrage of products lined up in front of my chair while they told me how much they'd help my hair... but of course they didn't.
The most disheartening though, was going to a highly recommended hairdresser who flat out told me "some people just have fragile hair and no matter what you do, it just won't get any better".
I feel that after your advice I am already on the right path. I've switched up my routine, had my dead ends cut off to start fresh, cut down on the amount of hair washing, feel confident using products now that i know how much I *really* need (or don't need) to use, and have religiously included a hair oil for my dry ends.
My only problem now is that i think your advice has made the Pureology leave-in conditioner sell out in my country 😂

After discovering your channel and putting your advice to work, I can proudly say that I’m in day 3 and can even extend that to day 4 with some dry shampoo. And it’s only been a month since I started the Trinity routine. You’re a hair saver!!! One request, though. Can you recommend any dry shampoo and how to use it correctly? @@ErifiliKaselidouthe main ingredient in dry shampoos is cornstarch. What makes the difference is the way of applying it the bottle gives, because of the spray.
But you can simulate it using a make up brush! Try it out (but on your roots only!)
And also. It should be applied on the same day you wash your hair. Or the second day - as it is supposed to prevent oiliness.
Dry shampoos aren't meant for cleaning your hair, like a regular wash would. They are form prolonging the time your hair stays clean. Good luck 😊

I have totally changed my approach after watching your videos. I’ve gone from cheaper shampoo/conditioner, and towel and then air drying., to Redken shampoo/conditioner, leave in conditioner, alternating redken split end product and hair oil, sleeping in a silk cap and using a wet brush. I’m still losing some hair in my brush, but it is definitely gaining length again now. I would be interested in seeing some care videos for wavy hair ( I still can’t really blow dry as my arms get too sore, but I’ve cut it the towel rubbing and twisting) and even for curly hair - not for me, but all of you videos I’ve seen are about straight hair unless you use curling wand to style.

Ok, I am just going to say it: I am one of those people who have better hair because of rosemary oil. Honestly. I never grew my hair longer than chin length because it was very thin, never had any volume and was really weak in general. I started using rosemary oil a few years ago and now my hair is past sholder length, has some natural waves for volume and my pony tail is double the size it used to be. But the issue was actually my scalp. I always had crusts covering my scalp. That's quite common for babies, it's not harmful. Sometimes it continues into adulthood, also not harmful. It doesn't hurt, unless you try to scrape it off your skin. It wasn't really visible either. But it was there. And apparently it hindered my hair to grow properly. So when I started using rosemary oil my scalp started clearing, and I am now totally crust free. I can't really tell if my hair is much thicker or if I have more hair, to be honest. But it looks amazing and it still amazes me how great it looks and feels. So, I have to say, rosemary oil helps. IF, and ONLY IF you have a medical condition that can actually be treated with rosemary oil.
I am now sticking to Chris' hair routine to keep it healthy. But I am not giving up on the rosemary oil ;)

I have to admit, I tried the rosemary oil, and I fell in love with the smell of it, so I added it to my end oil blend. It pairs really well with tea tree oil, too, and I still use my scalp oil blend occasionally when my scalp is a little itchy and extra dry, I let it sit for an hour or so before washing with Redken's clarifying shampoo, and following up with a deep conditioning treatment. I love the morrocan oil leave-in conditioner for my hair because it's medium/coarse. Pureology wasn't enough for my hair, it left it very dry, so I gave it to my friend who has fine hair and she loves it 😊 my hair is in the best shape it's been since I was a kid! I love the volume injection shampoo sooo much, and I always use just a little too much conditioner because better too much than not enough, right? 😂 I rinse it mostly out with lukewarm water and quickly get in there with the leave-in as soon as I can to prevent as much moisture loss as possible. The big blowout is another game changer, I never skip that step anymore and always polish my hair with a blow dry before applying that end oil, mostly to my ends, and just a tiny bit up to my ears because layers.
I know I've said it a hundred times, but thank you, Chris, your trinity routine has brought the life and health back to my hair, and it's retaining length again for the first time since I was a kid!

I also put a few drops of rosemary essential oil in both because I love the scent. But you can literally mix your own depending on your needs. Hey Chris, what do you suggest for hair protection when going into a pool, ocean, etc. And what do you think about hair protection from the sun if that's a thing?

Can you review the Dyson Airstrait? I'm someone with naturally frizzy hair that likes to wear it pin straight and I'd like to see your opinion before I drop $500. Seems to good to be true.

Chris is not a fan. He covered that in one of his videos. I think there might be ‘tools’ in a title of a vidoe if you want to search for it 🥰

Hi Chris, I love your tips. My usual routine is washing my hair daily. But now, I'm trying to change to 3 days before washing my hair. But, I'm a bit scared of getting smelly scalp and smelly hair since I'm wearing hijab and lived in a humid weather. Do you have any tips for people who cover their hair throughout the day?

I switched to the professional shampoo Cris recommended for my hair type and now I can definitely wait those days between washes ! It’s unbelievable the difference !!! Before I couldn’t understand not washing for so many days 😂 it seemed impossible for the same things you mention .

On a doctor recommendation I use 5 drops of rosemary oil mixed into my shampoo and then leave it on scalp for 5 minutes. I don’t know if it works or not 😂😂😂 but everyone is talking about rosemary oil for hair growth so i have to 😅

And how is it going for you ? I was thinking to also use rosemary oil once in a while
Meanwhile I started to use the ordinary peptides for hair growth and it feels good on my scalp, it's watery and fresh ... I'll see how it goes

Rosemary oil is what rice water is in Asia.
It's an old and very popular product to improve hair growth.
You could also massage your scalp to make your hair gros faster.

I have just started watching ur video's at the start of this week and i bought new shampoo and conditioner , new leave in conditioner and hair oils and a hair mask and i am already seeing result as my hair is 2c coarse hair and gets really frizzy and dry and puffs up and now after washing my hair yesterday my hair is soft not frizzy and is not puffing up and i love this technique .
