Havoc was used by valve for source so that they didn't need to make a physics engine but for source 2 did valve make rubicon to handly more complex physiks with multiobject interactions which Havoc lacks
yeah, apex is on source at the moment. It's a pretty hefty game, dunno if it's gonna be worth the investment to port it over to S2. Plus, the physics may behave differently as well... But it would be cool nonetheless :)
Saying Apex legends uses source is like saying the ocean is just a big puddle. You're not wrong, but you're not right either, its an edited/moded/customized version of source
