Love the video. I know you channel doesnt really focus on this, but any chance you can show off some kid friendly, affordable housing...if that even exists? Tons of videos showing off the super fancy houses to buy, but hardly any, if any, showing off simple, multi bedroom ones for rent within the last couple years.

LBR1 the walls are paper thin, I lived there for a year and could hear every word my neighbours were saying when they spoke at normal volume. It was same unit size as this video but 5k cheaper

I’d prefer one that comes with a gym pool and sauna. You can’t beat having a sauna then jumping in the pool first thing in the morning.

Loved the size and privacy of Baan Suan Laiana. I'd lease it in a heartbeat at 15,000 thb! I only plan on living in Thailand Oct to Mar each year (179 days) so as to avoid the new tax policy. But at that rate, I'd pay the full 12 months just to keep it locked up.

The first complex I stayed in 7 months. Great experience. No Washing machine. That was not good. Lots of Russians. Location was very good. I highly recommend this Laguna Beach #1.

Lots of Russians, that’s a very good reason not to stop there. When renting, I would say rent for no more than three months- then if have neighbors you don’t like, you can move on

Renting has got to be best, you can easily move around then. Why be stuck with a condo you might not be able to sell

True, its about 30% cheaper than I would pay for a comparable in a high tourist area in Spain. So not a screaming bargain for non-first world location.

10 000 B ? owerprice lot, single room normal rent cost abartement 3000-4800 B/month and condo maximum 9000B/month. 7000-15000B/month can rent big house ewery city.
