Love this vid mate !! I eat Kapao Muh Sap at least twice a week home in Aus and costs $23 Aus (450baht Peng ma!) I eat it nearly daily while in Thailand and love Mu Ping. I reckon you should do a cooking video mate with perhaps one of the buzzettes cooking I’d like to learn how to cook these dishes and I reckon a lot of other people would too.
Cheers mate and yes that is expensive. I will definitely do some more of these videos and the suggestion of getting one of the girls to cook the food it's a great idea I'm lucky I can cook most of those dishes but nothing like they do LOL
@@Buzzinpattayahello Trev I’m coming to Pattaya in August. Is that a good time to go as I am flexible. Prefer not the busiest but would like good weather. I’m there for a month. Also I gave chrons disease and the worst thing I can eat is onion. Will it be ok for me to ask no onion and will they listen. I don’t think I could afford to have a flare up and get hospitalised in Thailand. As it sometimes requires bowel surgery. I can and love spicy food Would it be worth me getting a card made up saying I’m allergic to onions and I need to avoid them in Thai and showing the person serving me. Is a 1000 pounds a week spending money enough or should I expect to spend more. I do wanna see some girls. I don’t drink alcohol but want to visit islands etc. sorry for all the questions, but you are the best to ask. Plus can’t wait to see buzzin bar.
Brilliant! My Brother you definitely have a knack for knowing what to show us travelers and potential travelers about Thailand. By showing my 5 different dishes (which i would try all five) you have taken the mystery out of what to order when in Thailand. You have also encouraged me to go to small street vendors and try the food from there. I have a delicate stomach and each time I travel I have at least one bout of stomach issues (food poisoning). But I still push forward. Last time in Thailand (this past February) I was OK in Bangkok, OK in Pattaya, but needed to go to pharmacy to get medication for stomach issues in Koh-Kood. PS, I went to Lima Peru in September, and had the same issue. Thanks for what you do!
Can’t wait to get back there 3wks to GO!!!!!King Prawn Pad Thai,Beef Massaman,Red Thai Curry,Tom Yum Soup…..Cheap Beer,Cheap Food but always Quality Ingredients as I’ve seen and sooooo Friendly!! Get away from the awful UK winter!!👍🤞⛳️👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️😅
Definitely a fun part of visiting Thailand! Lots of small "mom & pop" type places cooking up fresh local delicious dishes, at very good prices. luv it , thanks!
Thanks for making this Trev! I love vids like this! The food is one of my favorite parts of Thailand! To each their own but it’s crazy to me to hear some visitors stay away from it!
Great one Trev. The way to understand another country and their culture is through their food. Love the relevance by showing the proximity to the Buzzin Lounge.
Great video, some of my favs there too, last one i would have changed to khao soi and there is one shop for it on Soi Durian Pattaya Sai 3, just off from soi lengkee.
Hi mate thank you for doing this type of video. Please, please make more of them where you give us the name of delicious Thai recipes and what’s in them. Big thumbs up for this video. When I come to Thailand I’m definitely coming to your bar. Best wishes.
Brilliant content Trevor 100% a must theses videos looks great I’m there January for five weeks so definitely drop in for drink and advice as going to explore places your be great help mate 🙏✌️
i`ve tried all those dishes, my favourite is Pad Kaprow. i was very lucky that my ex from Udon Thani taught me how to make Pad Kaprow, Khao Tom and Penang before we split, so now i enjoy the taste of Thailand at least twice a week here in Brum 😋😋
im already getting the Thai blues and want to head back already even though its been 3 days since im back home. anyway enjoyed the video surprised tom kha khai is not in there that thing is an addiction in a bowl especially with kao pud khaii. cheers Trevor nice meeting you again and all buzzin staff and managed not to get whipped by beer for 2 weeks straight so that's a win.
It all looked fantastic, pad thai here on NW England is about £8 to £10 on average for a small bowl. Definitely do some more of these Trev, well enjoyable
Good video mate, I'm back out on boxing day, I actually drank in Buzzin bar loads only been in the lounge once but I'll be back in next trip, will say hello if you are in.
Oh yeah, good vid trev, 100baht meals are my go 2, more money for the bars as I see it, be at the lounge in no time ta ring that bell 👍 I’ve yet ta get sick from any street food, dunno why everyone’s worried
You choose the 4 best thai dishes i know, just missing Laab Mu, Noodle soup cost around 20 SFR here in Switzerland, Lucky me my Wife is a Cook so i get it Cheaper
G'day Trev excellent video, love Thai food particularly the street food ,their fresh mango and pineapple is amazing. Mate , where would you recommend the best Tom Yum ? Can you please name the 5 dishes you recommended ,will be there May 25. Cheers mate ,keep up the good work 👍 Arsenal are 💩 😆🤣🤣
Fascinating video for a 1st timer to Thailand.... i love trying new stuff.... and got a cast iron stomach. On average a Chinese takeaway near me is £10-15 for one.... sadly no thai near me.
Finally! It was weird you kept on talking about Indian dishes. But I am happy you finally talk about some thai foods ;-) It is alright I know Indian is kinda second hand English food.
Brilliant guide Trev. The third meal snack...how do you ask for the dish from opposite where you got the moo ping? Couldn't quite make out your pronunciation. Also how do you ask fir the pork to be served hot? Thank you.
Eat 4 of the 5 often. Out here in The country prices are even cheaper than what you paid there in Pattaya. At the local night market i buy pad thai for 25 baht and get enough for two meals. Same for pad see ew, soup noodles with pork 40 baht. Moo ping is the same as you paid 10 baht. Live in Tha Tum outside of Prachinburi. The wife and I often enjoy a couple of days in Pattaya. She loves to get a beach chair across from Gulliver's, order food and relax on the beach. Always enjoy your videos.
Now this is Thailand, tried some of the food but some i would like to try now i have sen them and what goes in to them, im back in 3 weeks so will try them.......Great Vid.....
Next to the Boxing Roo where the motorbike shop is , at night time around 8pm there is a woman that sets up a noodle soup stand that does fantastic soup , another one of my favourites is the Pork knuckle that they have in the food courts .
Hehe, Trev, you do know the trick of editing, right? So that you don't need to do all eating at the same time! I like all the places mentioned, haven't tried all of them, but that corner joint on Soi Bonkoot is gonna be on my to do list
I just woke up from drinking all yesterday (Veterans day). This was the wrong video to watch, now I'm craving Thai food. Decent pad Thai moo will cost me $10 US
