Seeing these accords brings back my childhood. All of my uncles from my mom's side had these accords in both manual and automatic. Theyre reliable, easy to work on and fast as hell. I would get one in a heartbeat for the right price just to daily it.

I love older Accords, Brilliant Cars, everything so well thought out and they drive so well, my 85 was probably my favorite car ever, I've had more expensive but nothing more reliable.

Mine lasted me >350k miles. The only reason I’m not driving it today is because I got t boned. Absolutely amazing vehicle. Don’t make ‘‘em like that anymore

Loved that dashboard design & black steering wheel to me it was better than a Mercedes
Cb7 gang. I'm in the middle of rebuilding mine about 2 years into it so far I've fully rebuilt the motor my self and done some suspension stuff.

I had an 82 and 85 hatch, both manuals. The cars practically drove themselves.
My favorite car of all and the interior looks extremely well preserved.
Had a '91 5 speed and it was nice. I now have a 2020 Si Coupe I bought at age 55.

My 1990 lx coupe had 289,000 and running when I sold her. The most reliable car ever built. I ran that 5 speed like a European super car.

Have a EX sedan accord. Can you tell me how to fix the slipping transmission
If its a manual, youll need a clutch. If its an automatic you likely need to rebuild or replace the trans.
Auto trans on these are known to go out often. Drive it till it won't drive then replace or sell while you can.
