*Very easy to set up and use, attractive but be sure you understand the height--it's not tall. The heat is not overwhelming, but steady and pleasant fireplace **fireplace.homes** . It's quiet, too. I like the possibility of easily moving it from room to room in the event we want supplemental heat elsewhere. Definitely a good buy.*
Wow! You did a wonderful job on that wall! I am hesitant about hanging a wall mounted electric heating panel. You built an entire wall. That’s so cool and it looks amazing!
Excellent job. I will be doing the exact same thing soon. I saved your video to my list! Just a couple of tips. When doing the stone above the opening, you could screw a board to the top inside the opening, Then use shims to hold the stone up higher if necessary. Later, unscrew the board. To trim the stone, get an angle grinder. They do endless things and are the Swiss Army Knife of tools. Put a grinding wheel on it. The sander is not aggressive enough, even though you got it done. Congrats on your build.
That is very classy and beautiful great job ! if that was me I would’ve got up the next morning and picked around the corner to make sure none of the stones fell off ., just kidding. I would want to sit and look at it all day. awesome!!👍
great video. Thank you so much of posting this. I am having a house built and they are installing a fireplace for me but its just going to be recessed on regular drywall. I was afraid i wouldnt be able to tile the wall without having to get someone to take the fireplace off. You saved me!
MISS Thommas thats awesome! I’m glad this was able to help... please share my video with friends and family! If you subscribe, you can see a few of my other builds.
How perfect this vid is. I'm wanting to do the same wall in my house. This just popped up as a recommendation to watch. Someone is looking out for me! Thx
I don't want to startle you but your phone listens in on your conversations and ironically recommends ads and or videos based on your conversation. That's Google for you.
Great job! I only noticed one thing and maybe you addressed it. The electrical that was existing behind the fire place must be accessible. You can do one of two things, bring it out flush with the new wall or remove it entirely witch may require new wiring from upstream outlet to downstream outlet.
Excellent Work! We're going install an accent / tv wall. We want to make it 7 feet wide. Your wall looked about 6 or 7 feet wide. How wide is your wall?
Nice work, but I wish the video could've been longer giving the viewers a step by step direction on how to complete a project like this. I'm no DIY expert, but I definitely wouldn't mind learning how to design a few of these luxurious home amenities myself! Look forward to more of your projects in the future, along with having a thorough knowledge on how to complete a few of these tasks by myself.
Antonio Jefferson Thanks for watching! I wanted to have a video short enough to keep the viewers attention but long enough to show how and what I did. The next video will be longer for sure. Please subscribe.
Very nice but where have you put your media box, PlayStation if you have one? How do you access the back area if you need to change wires, cables and so on?
So you just built frame around the tv not actually installing it on the new built wall? It looks so tight around the tv how do you move tv forward example.
Very nice, but the addition of a dark wooden mantel would have really made it pop. As well, the TV should be surface mount to allow for inevitable "upgrades" in the future.
Love it!! I wish I had seen this video before I did my fireplace on my channel. Your skill level is WAY above mine, but I like how you really break it down and gave great tips. Thanks for sharing!
PinkPlatinum thanks a lot for stopping by and leaving a comment. I appreciate the feedback. I take longer to do my jobs than most experts but I think as long as you like what you are doing it doesn’t matter how long it takes. Please subscribe, and I will go check out your channel also.
Nice! Next time, above the tv, try installing a light metal lintel into the wall to support the stone, instead of having to wait for it to dry. Looks great!!!
Nice work I'm definitely going to try this but I have a question so you put the tv on the wall first then you built the wall around it because my TV is the same size and I want it inside the wall as well.
It looks very very beautiful I love it you got skills and it look elegant it really brought out the room I'm going to try to get my son's to make me one

Hi i like this project my only concern is....where did you put the cable wires for the TV and the cable box?
great little video, make it look easy !

Awesome job man! Really nice. You can add the LED lights on the rear of the TV to make that enclosure glow.

Hello;I have a same plane like your media wall.My question is :The tv ventillation is working good?i mean when you use it it is warm or normal??
The tv never gets hot. Which it shouldn't. Especially the newer TVs. They are very energy efficient.
@@kpkbworldwide Okey thanks ,I will buy a new one,My tv is Sony at the moment and this is 5 years old and sometime i feel it is hot.It is 55"
Yeah, the technology is good these days. No need to over spend. You can get a descent Roku 55" for like $250-$300
Great job!

Great work. Do you have the full steps for framing?
This is great and it looks amazing. My question to you is. Why do you put the cable box for the tv? I’m looking to do this in my living room.
You can build a smaller insert like the fireplace for your cable box. My TVs are smart TVs. We don't use cable boxes
Best advice is to utilize the cable service apps like Netflix and Amazon prime.
Dope! I'll be using this design for mine
Great work, looks awesome! Thanks for posting

Yes. That's correct.
@@kpkbworldwide ok great thank you so much for responding I already have the tv on the wall so I'm guessing to just leave it up and work around it?
You can work around it if it is perfectly centered. I would still suggest taking the tv down and working around the bracket on the wall
Looks great! Looking to do the same. Thank you for making a video following your process.
Very nice but dud you account for connectivity to a/v components? How do you hookup dvd, cable, game console etc.?
Where did you get the stone? How did you get the corners to look like there is no break?
EJ Seda thanks for watching. I found the stone at Lowe’s and they sell corner pieces as well.
