If a properly adjusted time limit were imposed on a clean and jerk according to height and a appropriate deduction of points or "weight deduction" for clearing but over the time limit, I bet this would force a better universal technique, better quality competition, ultimately higher lift totals etc etc. Notice the spine vertical behind the bar while jerking up and close to the torso in efficiency, which takes a disciplined approach from the beginning of schooling/training... @@FIVE-0-APOCALYPTO true there! Yea, ive seen some HEAVY clean and press by a Ukrainian coach.... his did not look this odd...... i think the classical cello broke everyones minds
@@fattyjaybird7505 here, I will show you imo a classic perfect clean and jerk that the uploader lazily calls a "lift".
@@fattyjaybird7505 here you go, compare the differences including another important aspect but not necessarily as critical and that is the non "hook adjustment" of the hands around the bar before the final clean over the head movement.
Is there any surprise that the rare 3x body weight clean and jerk success also belongs to the successful proper technique?
If a properly adjusted time limit were imposed on a clean and jerk according to height and a appropriate deduction of points or "weight deduction" for clearing but over the time limit, I bet this would force a better universal technique, better quality competition, ultimately higher lift totals etc etc.
Notice the spine vertical behind the bar while jerking up and close to the torso in efficiency, which takes a disciplined approach from the beginning of schooling/training...
Rather than what I call in this original "TH-cam perfect lift" as a "BREAK AWAY FROM ORBIT"... a rogue satellite hook maneuver, followed by a hand adjustment and buzzzzzzz time limit penalty when it comes to Olympic rules, but not as a hindrance, but as a forced adherence ultimately to correct technique or else forget about stepping on any of the 3 medal podiums.
Hell, a classic Olympic event had to come to a committee vote as it is for 2028 because of supposed corruption/doping or whatever they say, where who knows the real political social reasons being more than likely a business aspect of less tv popularity because there isn't any diversity in terms of region and gender fluidity and therefore Olympic weight lifting is full of doping scandal because it's a elitist sport biased toward the Middle East, Russia, China USA etc major economies rather than:
"And here now the gender fluid competitor from Cambodia/German Nationalist attempting the snatch of 23 kilos, Mazsupan Holtz.... Clap clap cheers... ITS husband from French Quebec rooting on in the audience here today, isn't this wonderful Neil?"

Not only the technique, but also the insane amount of strenght and discipline you still need to lift that weight
With the sounds make this video more perfect
What *sniffle* a perfect *sniffle* lift.
*in a teary eyed voice*
it’s enough to make a grown man cry
I thought he was just going for the clean but he snatched that shit.
I feel his pain and determination, good job bro ❤
Bros back is straighter than me 💀
No jokes. Doing weights does that to your back

Never never in my span of 16 years have seen something quite as excellent as that it is astonishing perfection at best it giving feelings I have never felt before In my life not only the intensity of him performing but the pure strength he displays it's like an orgasm for the first time and I've witnessed such brings me to tears the purity off it is astonishing good play sir indeed
Very repetitive 4/10👎
His back is so straight that not even twenty bucks can sway it
Legendary comment, well done
♂300 bucks♂
It's like a painting, just too beautiful to describe
The music behind this is cello suite no 1, often played by Yo Yo Ma the famous cellist
His Bach is so straight!

His back when he was lifting the bar over his head: 🌙
Those knees tho
With the tongue out at the end, legendary, I would’ve bit mine clean off.
Was worried that tongue might not make it back home for a second
Same😂
That depth is beautiful 😭
Missed opportunity to draw vertical line when the weight is overhead and perfectly in line with his feet …. SENSATIONAL LIFT
On the other hand that horizontal line they displayed through the center of the weight just as he was about to lift it above his head served no purpose.. or am I missing something?
Damn, that's nuts
He moves it like a pendulum. Nice mechanic; showing us how it should be perfectly done. Thanks! Really helps us know what we should be aiming to achieve. ❤
the weight looks like its floating
That back is much more straighter than twitter users💀💀
This is nothing less then a master doing his ART❤
As a gym rat of forty years this is amazing. It's like seeing Bigfoot riding a unicorn. 🤯
Battling a loch ness monster.
Did anybody notice in the cacht that his lumbar muscles pop out of his singlent like a backpack lol ,prime lu was a freaking animal
That's his back rounding/butt wink lol this lift isn't flawless, but probably as flawless as a human can get
@@MB-gm6kgback rounding in the bottom of a squat isn’t a flaw
@@MB-gm6kgit's a deliberate rounding to allow a greater range of motion, some elite weightlifters do this to catch heavy weight lower.
@@alubchicken yeah but if an elite weightlifter had even better hip and ankle mobility they could achieve the same thing without back rounding, which would be a safer lift.
@@MB-gm6kg So how do you think a world champion squat jerker, like Lu Xiao Jun in this video, can improve his "hip and ankle mobility" to be "even better", he literally has the best mobility in the world or else he wouldn't be able to squat jerk 204kg to win a gold fucking medal on the international stage.
Did he get a medal? I need to know
Mesmerized by how he moves his head around the barbell.
