After this debate, I finally realize Trump supporters like the way Trump/Vance talk. They don’t listen to what they’re saying. They dodge questions like Muhammad Ali! 25k for housing, 6k for new families, and 50k to small businesses vs seizing parks and building homes. It’s not comparable.

Vance clearly outshone Walz, who looked rattled at times, looking down, wide eyed and grimacing expressions while Vance at ease. The moderators were absolutely terrible, and need to learn how to do it properly, not cutting off interjecting or turning off mics- a disgrace. Let them debate.

The ONLY thing JD is "sharp" at is LYING -- he has been declared by the brilliant political commentators on MSNBC as "a BETTER LIAR THAN TRUMP," because he's SLICK at it, and NOT OBVIOUS at lying like Trump is... BTW, JD Vance has changed his name AT LEAST 3 TIMES in his life....NOT trustworthy, in my opinion.
Vance is dangerous because he is a good liar and, sadly, Walz did a subpar job at shining a light on that tonight. He allowed Vance to present himself as almost moderate without bringing up his extremist comments. While I am all for civil disagreement in debates, there is a difference between "MN nice" and allowing that snow job in prime time.
The Harris Campaign is also not doing itself any favors by restricting interviews. Half of the reason Harris chose Walz was his interviews and now everyone's lips are buttoned tight. Both Harris and Walz need to get out there and do LOTS of interviews.
They do interviews though, just not national ones. On top of still having their day jobs, rallies, and local interviews/podcasts it is a very tight schedule and I don't think the allocation is bad. Agreed on calling Vance out, but I think he is still extremist and letting people see that for themselves is fine. You can't really convince people something extreme is extreme if they can't tell themselves. The focus on policy however allows better contrast to Harris and Trump, on top of reminding everyone how politics can be civil before Trump came onto the scene. A good reminder to not vote for him in my opinion. This is an attack on Trump because Vance is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I had my mind made up before the VP Debate and I have not changed my opinion 💙. Presents appeal Vance won by a hair. Truth and Honest Waltz won. So basically it was a 50/50/win. Slick Vance looks like a better President than Trump does. Vance really blew it when talking about the insurrection, I doubt he would be like Former VP Pence. There would be no guard rails. General Question : Do any democrats in the comments actually love America? If so, what do you think America will look like if we continue down the current path?
The modern Democratic Party seems to be lacking patriotism and any semblance of nationalism (prioritizing the needs of our country above all else, prioritizing American citizens above non-citizens). Immigration seems to be more about changing demographics and gaining political power rather than helping people, (settling Somalia's in Minnesota, CPB One & Direct Flights into Georgia etc.) Half of the states now have either no voter ID or no photo ID to. Is that a threat to democracy given we have over 20 million new arrivals since Kamala took office?
All sincere questions I'm genuinely curious if Democrats still believe in nation states or if we've had the same college professors and we should just be the world's playground. I really don't understand the logic if we're focused on the sustainably of a Nation.

We have an employee that we hired 3 1/2 years ago. She was given tasks but completed none of them. She just had a performance review and failed it, so she backstabbed her elderly supervisor.
Now she is demanding a promotion in November, but refuses to interview for the new position. She promises that if she gets the promotion, she will do all of the tasks she didn't do before. But she won't do them now in order to force us to give her the promotion.
