They announced this about three hours I had just placed an order. By the time I got back to my next order it was sold out! I'll be popping the clip off. I'm not big on OTFs either.

Thanks for sharing about this really cool Boba Fett inspired knife. Even though I prefer my pocket clips mounted for tip-up carry, this pocket clip is something I think I could live with. Take care and Cheers!

Fun colorway. The pivot appears to be plastic. Not sure I would trust that over time. If SMKW is taking requests, they should come out with a Lich King OTF.

@BigRedEDC seems like they're impossible to get now unless somebody decides to sell theirs one day. SMKW has no restock order in according to the 2 employees I spoke to, and won't say if they ever will. I reached out to Boker directly, but they can't order one because it's a SMKW exclusive... the Boker employee told me that SMKW could order one for me through them, but when I approached SMKW about this, they refused and gave no reason as to why. They just said to put my email on a list to be notified if ever gets restocked... For a company their size, I really expected better, but they left me frustrated and disappointed. Definitely will not be recommending SMKW to anyone with the way they currently are.
@@fallingleaves2672 It kinda makes sense.. I'm sure those knives would have to be produced once ordered. To set up a production run for 1 knife probably wouldnt happen.
@BigRedEDC kind of weird the Boker employee would suggest it if that's the case.. seeing as they would the ones making it.. but I guess it's possible. Still doesn't account for them not restocking when there's demand.
Edit: Sorry if I sound bitter. I by no means am attempting to take this out on you. Just frustrated by the experience.

That clip placement is so stupid. On top of everything else, it leaves like 1/4 of the knife hanging out the top of your pocket!
Also, since when is safety orange a Boba Fett color? It's not even the right shade of green!
