In this video, I will be showing you how to make a very tasty Nandu Kulambu/Crab Curry. This is a very famous curry, and I love make it for my family as it was one of my favourites. I have paired this with some Red parboiled Rice which pairs well with the Nandu Kulambu. Everyone try making this and you won't be disappointed, it is really tastes amazing. Please enjoy watching and making this amazing Nandu Kulambu/Crab Curry :)
Crab curry ingredients:
Crabs - 4
Mustard seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds - ½ teaspoon
Shallots - 15
Dried red chillies - 4
Green chillies - 5
Garlic pieces - 7
Tomatoes - 2
Pandan leaf - 1
Lemon grass - 1
Some curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Black pepper
Tamarind - 2 tablespoon
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Curry powder
Some oil

Wow, one of my favourite seafood curries. You recipe is exactly like mine, except that I blend tomatoes and add and I don't use screwpine leaves. Recently my son came back from sea, as we are under lock down, he and his wife could not come over to my place. So I gave them my crab recipe and jointly, they managed to cook and enjoy the dish. I am forwarding this video to them so that they can also subscribe and learn from you. I have a suggestion dear, why don't you compile all your recipes and publish a cook book. Your fantastic talent should not go to waste. My mother was a very good cook. All our family friends, used to be amazed by her cooking. I can cook only some of her dishes. She used to make prawn culets, fish cutlets, mutton cutlets and chicken cutlets back in the 1950's. Her own style fried chicken coated with batter etc, etc, Now, I feel how much cooking knowledge was lost. I hope you and your son, will give my suggestion a thought and make it happen. All the best.
