Marcello, Is it true that Canadian couples are putting down a deposit on a Sienna if their first date goes well in the hope the van will arrive in time for the first baby? 🤔😉
I ordered my LE AWD in March 2023 and haven't received it yet. I'm in Ontario Canada. The US market is flooded with them but to bring one across is super expensive in duty.
@@emilywhisper I don't think it is fair to say they are flooded in the US . Shortly after I posted this comment Toyota announced a 20% production increase for the 2025 Sienna. What is fair to say is that US dealers are allotted far more inventory of in-demand models than Canadian dealers. For what it is worth, I would also pick the LE AWD.
I loved raising our three kids. But I got to say. The minute the eldest left to start her own life. I went to the dealership to unload a minivan. Turned out 4 people can fit into a mide size sedan just fine.
Every family needs one of this, trust me brethren invest in one of these. Buy one put on a ppf & anti rust. That's it you've got a reliable kid hauler for LIFE!
so...the price increase is actually more significant. toyota just raised the sienna prices about 2 months ago (maybe to close in the gap when they rolled out the 2025 pricing). I can say at least for the LE awd, it was approx 47.5k this past summer(ive been following the prices), the 2025 right now is at 52.5k. almost a 5k (10%+) difference in just 3 months..
In the US the price for a n XLE AWD only went up 1k. However, the "multimedia package", which is pretty much standard, went down by over 1k, even with the upgraded screen...
They are going to update nothing but the Toyota Safety Sense next year. Them not upgrading it was a way for them to do very little next year in order to add features that they were holding back on this year. So freakin obvious.
@shawnfoster7546 Yeah, I recently got my hands on a 2012 limited awd for a family hauler. 20teens toyotas were better than what is available in the mid 2020s. The hybrid awd system seems nice, but it's not worth the astronomical price tag. Does this van really need all the extra tech? Seems like more potential issues to worry about. I still prefer my 96 4runner over most of these modern cars.
Toyota dealerships are such fkn criminals. They'll tell you "This car is the best. It's 70k because it's the best." But then you go to trade in an older Toyota model and they'll give you the "You're lucky we're offering you 500$ for that complete piece of junk. It's worthless. You should feel bad for owning it and feel lucky that we're accepting your useless trade in."
@@sayidabohussayn7644 the demand for cars are high, and their is still chip shortage. The demand is high, and low amount of cars. Remember some dealers had 1300 cars on dealer, now they have 6
@@bjsimon802 It's because Toyota cut production on Sienna's. It has nothing to do with chip shortage now in 2024. Other dealers are cranking out cars just fine. Just like why they don't upgrade the safety sense from 2.0 to 3.0, cause they can as the demand is high. People willing to pay above MSRP and wait for these.
So the mini vans are for the young couples with kids , and the price is over $60,000. Wow between a crazy high mortgage payment and daycare , a car payment north of 800.00 . Welcome to married life
It would be nice if they'd put a turbo in it ....that 4 cylinder is seriously struggling uphills... I know it would drop the mpg, but I'm still fine with getting 25 or 26 instead of that 36 that I'm getting now....speaking of engines . Did they just seriously put a 4 cylinder in a land cruiser.....wtf 😅😅😅
Yeah, these things are still way overpriced. This guy is just a salesman. $50k+ plus for a minivan? This is almost as bad as the $60k tacoma. Time to boycott!

I’ve been waiting 22 months for my LE to arrive. Still waiting 😪

Bunch of crooks.
waited 3 months for a 2024 platinum. paid msrp and zero dealership add ons
Im can't wait to get mine
Thousands more and you get to wait for over a year to get one! I love Toyota but shop around, they are out of touch with reality.
Every dealership from Montreal to ottawa to Toronto says 48month plus. Ridiculous.
48 months??? That's crazy. It will be 2027 and they will deliver 2025?
Totally agree. Goodbye toyota. I got mercedes
Love the cargo, oh wait, what?? You can’t remove the second row seats. So stupid.
Can you get the platinum without the vacuum? It seems to take up so much room..
Unfortunately no
Would like to see more colors available wanted Sunset Bronze but it's no longer available.
I would like to do a full exterior refresh, hopefully 2026?
XSE is definitely the way to go now!
Question does the 2nd row seats come out of the minivan this 2025 ?
What about a plug-in version ?
We got one just waiting for it to come in. But we paid $72,500 for the limited model
😮😮😮 I got a 2022 Sienna Limited for about $52k, it’s crazy you paid so much.
fool
Criminal price.

My son just got a 2011 AWD with just over 100k on it for 10k Cad.
Can you say depreciating assets!
The 2011 is a better van IMO
We have a 2012 with 360,000 km and still runs amazing.... My wife said she will always be a toyota person because of it.

If you consider that in 2011 the brand new car was about 30k (I think), 60% depreciation in 13 years is not bad at all

What is the current wait time for 2025 Grey LE AWD at Maple Toyota ?
Hey I would say north of 12 months definitely. But this can change as time goes on
do you know if you could order the gun metal grey for the Sienna LE AWD ?
Why does every dealership say 48months in Canada. What’s the point…

Yeah. We test drove one of these and it has a bad drone accelerating or going uphill. Bought the Odyssey instead.
You don't buy a minivan for the acceleration...
So much improvement
lmfao, listen to him try to spin it
Not really. They put new paint on it and that's about it
Another lie from Toyota .sienna not available if you don’t pay mark up price.Shame on you Toyota!!!
I wouldn’t call this a refresh…

It calls restaling
In this price range i will go electric...
If only Tesla made a minivan. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Might as well go for a used Model X.
No one cares about a wireless charger -
"Sporty" minivan... What a joke.
fake refresh 😭👎So BS marketing 💩
