First, I'd like to thank Sunanda for organizing this incredibly insightful Q&A session. I also want to express my sincere gratitude for Apoorva's detailed answers. Apoorva and Keshav's Scrum Master interview videos were excellent and meticulous and featured a lot of detail. Those who are going to be interviewed for Scrum Master positions will find this extremely useful and helpful. Apoorva's videos provided a comprehensive overview of the Scrum Master role and what is expected of successful candidates. They also provided detailed advice on how to prepare for an interview and how to approach the questions. Overall, Apoorva's videos were an invaluable resource for those preparing for Scrum Master interviews. Moreover, Apoorva's videos provided a clear understanding of the Scrum Master's role and the challenges associated with it, allowing interviewees to confidently demonstrate their knowledge during the interview.
Hey Sunand your videos are very helpful for interview preparation.. thanks a lot for that.. I have to mention Apurva Keshav's knowledge and her confidence.. you rock lady.. I persoonally expect more mock interview videos with Apurva.. thanks both again.. 😊😊
@apoorvakeshav6045 you rock madam.. what a wide understanding you have towards the agile world.. I am preparing for the interview and your videos have helped me to present myself better in the interviews I attend.. you really rovk and expecting more informative videos from you.. thanks and respects.. Raghav😊😊😊
This is really insightful and is really gonna help me going forward. I have a query and I might be wrong In the 1st question, Sunand asked about which Agile manifesto principles resonates most with you and I believe Apoorva started with 4 Agile Manifesto Value statements instead of the Principles, and therefore would like to know if I am missing anything here. Thank you!!
Thanks Sunand and Apoorva for this knowledge session. What documents will the sm create, which agile phase and please provide document templates and explanations? Thanks
One Scenario : Some tasks may have unknown complexities that can't be accurately estimated in advance. One user story put in the current sprint but in the middle of the sprint, SM found that a particular story did not estimate correctly what Scrum Master, would do then. Follow up Question : After correct estimation, Scrum Master found that, it will not complete in the middle of sprint, what he will do in this situation.
Hi.. totally agree, lot of times we can't estimate all dependencies at starting itself... we can re-estimate again after detail analysis and correct our estimate. After correcting estimate, if it's found to be v.large, we can talk to PO and try to fork the story into 2 logical parts.. do part 1 in current sprint, and part 2 in next... That is what we are currently doing in our project
Thanks for sharing all the videos. I hav 14yrs exp in TCS .Want to switch company with Scrum master role. Is it possible now. Please help me with videos with no experience of this role.
Question: A developer comes in the middle of the sprint and complains I don’t understand the user story and cannot work on it. As a scrum master how would you help the developer?
Everyone is talking about ChatGPT role. Can this tool really replace a Scrum master in future, pls share your thoughts. 🙏 As per me Chat GPT cannot replace SM, Agile manifesto says...people over process and tools...chatGPT is a tool. AI cannot replace the human touch aspect in SM role..AI should make our routine job easy thats it.
Could someone help me with the question - what was your project or product and have you faced any problem till now and how you come up with solution? Please someone explain i am being rejected on this question on various interviews even in final round?😭
This is a pretty basic question ' project you work on ', I would suggest work hard on basics ,answer to this question differ from Individual to individual,
