The main problem I see here is that you have to be outside the van to set up the bed - It rains in the UK doncha know ‼️😖😖 and you don't want to be climbing all over the bed with wet clothes on . . . In my Combo I have the w.c. and a tower draws on the slide door side and a fixed single (23 inch wide) bed on the long side. I can move around the area and make up my bed staying inside the vehicle.
