Omg I also had a adult orange tabby cat to show up at my house about 10 years ago. I kept him. He refused to go inside my house. He acted scared to death anytime I took him inside. Then a few years ago he decided the outdoor life wasn't for him anymore. Now he just lays around my house eating and napping without worrying about anything. Since him I discovered tabbies are my favorite. I love him so much.
You are a good soul for not giving up on your orange tabby cat and he found the indoor life is excellent. You realise it is his house now and us cat parents are sevants for our feline companions 🐈⬛🐈😸
As a child we had an old wise tabby cat come up to our property that we let live the remainder of his life out with us and we called him Pauli, he had six toes on each paw and he looks just like this cat.
I am happy 😊 to because they bring each other comfort and she did say she had a handicap. He is her support animal and loving companion.I think 🤔 people that live alone should get a cat or dog for company .

This lovely woman is an angel from heaven. Rather than being bitter about having a disability and being an abandoned baby, she opens her heart to other abandoned creatures. It took me more than a year to gain his trust because he obviously didn't have a very good impression of people from past experience! He's a total lovebug now! 💕

Mike reminds me of my ginger cat that lived until he was 17. He was a rescue cat and was to nervous to go out. He had a lovely nature and was happy. May Mike live healthily and contentedly for many years to come.

Wow. Mike the cat actually likes taking his medication. When my cats are sick and they are prescribed medication they almost absolutely refuse. I have to be clever in my ways of giving them their medication. Maybe Mike the cat knows it helps him and that he feels better after he takes them. After a life on the streets fending for himself, he just knows everything she does for him is for him to feel well. So glad they have each other.
I inherited an old tomcat with a house once, he was a great friend though he would bite anybody else that tried to touch him. Rest in peace old friend.

Same here. I'm quite surprised the vet fostered him. Whenever I hear these stories, a vet usually will suggest an animal be euthanized, especially since Mike is an old man. I'm glad the vet game him a chance.

I adopted a senior cat... mostly for my dog who's 4 ,not well socialized and prefers cats to dogs. The cat has officially adopted the dog meanwhile I'm still waiting to be adopted back lolol.
