Ironically, this is also one of the few times Marcy and Al not only got along but also where Al actually helped someone get through a rut with positive advice Its just easy to forget what with the others running around panicking about the ashes XD
Steve absolutely crushed that scene. His facial expressions were priceless. They all did a great job actually. The whole scene is epic. Such a funny episode. Never gets old.
My all-time favorite episode. The first (and best) 'Bad to the Bone', Al scoring four touchdowns in one episode on Peggy, Steve eating Marcy's aunt like a BOSS, Peggy smoking an entire pack all at once, the slapstick chase at the end... MWC at its peak.
One of the greatest & Funniest scenes ever. The look of satisfaction Steve gives when he finds out what's in the burger is priceless! Poor Marcy has no clue what she is eating 🤣🤣🤣
Love Steve's smug expression on his face. This whole scene/episode was just pure comedy gold. Married with Children has to be one of the greatest comedy sitcoms ever. It's certainly one of my faves. U don't see comedy made like this any more it wouldn't be allowed. The whole chemistry between all these actors is so enjoyable to watch
Even though it was REALLY rare in the show, I always thought that when Marcy and Al were on the same page made for a nice and usually very funny moment. Like this one, or the one where they are both in the bar.
Steve: "I hate to admit, but this is the best burger, i've ever had. What's your secret?" Al: "Well, i sneak over to the nudie place a couple of times a month in order to make it through life." 😹😹😹😹😹
I started this whole series couple of months ago. Each time I eat a burger, I love just watching this scene. I love their reaction to what they're eating; -Kelly realized what she took. -Bud realized how much he's stuffing it all down. -Peg's reaction and spitting out. -Steve just enjoying it.
LOL! In mythology a ghoul is a creature that invades graveyards, digs up graves and feeds on the bodies of the deceased... So Marcy calling Steve a ghoul in this scene is pretty much fitting! XD
I was watching this on Hulu and had to come to TH-cam cuz I need to say that Christina Applegate’s timing with bringing the burger to her mouth at the precisely correct moment is amazingly skillful.
This has always been my favorite episode of MWC, very very funny with a surprise ending. It almost has a touch of Alfred Hitchcock Presents or EC Comics from the 1950s.
I love this, but there's a bit of missing context - the kids had been going through the neighbors' houses to find ashes to put in Al's grill. Mostly fireplaces and ashtrays of course
The expression on Steve's face was priceless!
Lol
He was quite the underrated actor! 😂
I bet she taunted him and oh boy he got his vengeance
It never fails to make me bust a gut laughing.
Love how Al said we have to put the dead behind us when in a few days that just what they be doing 🤑
3:15 Steve's smile then bites into the burger like a boss. I watch this episode every Labor Day. One of my favorites.
This is one of the best sequences on this show. Al even tries to be nice to Marcy! Everything was timed just right.
Just one day of the year everyone gets along ❤ ✌️
@@alsat8931What really had me laughing was when Marcy says “Shut up Ghoul” before trying the burger herself.
@@alsat8931if only for a few moments

Words can't decribe the overall enjoyment, and comedy that comes from Steve's smile at the end. 😁Classic scene! 😁
and he still eats the burger.

Revenge is sweet! Steve gets the last laugh!
No fish will ever touch my grill. Amen!
Those go in the deep fryer. With fries and tartar sauce
Unless shark or swordfish
@sonofmoss Shark doesn't taste good plus they're endangered
The way Steve Smiled and Bit the Burger 😂
yeah.that's what we all came here to see,😆😅🤣😂
Very nice this scene and hilarious
The perfect punchline

Steve's face is hilarious when he finds out 🤣
😂😂😂😂
2:18 Kelly's facial reaction
3:11 Steve's Grin deserves 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
I just realized, this is about the nicest Al has ever been to Marcy.
2:21 Kelly’s reaction 😳

Hands down the most entertaining episode!!😂
DAVID / STEVE ABSOLUTELY NAILED THIS SCENE 😂😂😂😂
3:01 The way Peg choked out that burger was priceless!
That was the best moment for me. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a scene like this ever in Tv History
The way she choked Kelly was even more priceless. 😂
The way she choked out Kelly was even more priceless. 😂
That sinister smile on Steve's face the second he finds it's the ashes of Marcy's aunt. 🤣
the best part was Steve talking trash about Marcys aunt saying "she used to pay for sailors"
One of the classic moments in sitcom history
4:15 "mmm, ahh *spits* BONE." Lmfao

David Garrison should have gotten an award for that look. He deserved it with that smile
Well, he would have gotten a $100,000 fortune, but she gave it to her cats instead. So, who would blame him?
Even though it was REALLY rare in the show, I always thought that when Marcy and Al were on the same page made for a nice and usually very funny moment. Like this one, or the one where they are both in the bar.
It's sad those two actors disliked each other.
I heard that.
Anyone else see at the end Bud and Steve putting ashes back in the urn directly from the grill ⚱️ haha
Yes.
Steve: "I hate to admit, but this is the best burger, i've ever had. What's your secret?"
Al: "Well, i sneak over to the nudie place a couple of times a month in order to make it through life."
😹😹😹😹😹
the dead on serious facial expression afterwards makes it even more legendary.
I love the audience's slow reaction to that.
Steve's smile was the best part. 😂
One of my favorite MwC episodes.

Classic ep. Classic ending too! Poor Kelly, but she's getting her karma for mistaking cremates for ashes.
Love Steve's reaction.
Out of all 259 episodes, this one is my all time favorite.
Steve's actions after hearing the news.... I was 20 when this episode first aired. Dark comedy can be brilliant at times.
I was 17,
Another great episode with a hilarious ending! A couple of friends and I recreated that scene spitting out veggie burgers at a BBQ back in the 90s
Did you film it? Sounds like it would've been funny to see.
The Steve era was the best!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Number one episode of all time! Timeless!
I'd have been like Steve, I wouldn't have stopped eating those yummy burgers.
What more can we say about this tv show. Always Make me happy
One of the best episodes !
Steve taking glee in eating Aunt Tuney 🤣
The funny award goes to Steve Rhodes on this clip, without question.
2:58 The noise she makes when she spits it up still gets me to this day :D
Marcy ... Shut up Ghoul!! Steve... All Righty!!
LOL! In mythology a ghoul is a creature that invades graveyards, digs up graves and feeds on the bodies of the deceased...
So Marcy calling Steve a ghoul in this scene is pretty much fitting! XD
It's like a cheap imitation of Mr. T.
And yet she didn't even know that she was right about Steve!
@@mariobenedicto3582Same for Marcy, Al, etc.
The timing was so good
This is the funniest scene from the whole run. I watch and share this every Labor Day.
Well, that's one way to be remembered after you go. I miss 90's sitcoms.
Steve's reaction. 🤣And he enjoyed the burger more after finding out Kelly's mistake. 😂
The ONLY moment when Al and Marcy got along.
Best episode ever
One of my all time favorite episodes of one of my favorite shows ❤
This was (and still) hilarious!
Lol at Kelly and Peg running in the background 😂🤣
This episode cracked me up and still does!
Al no fish will ever Touch my grill 😆
Best episode of them all!
I was watching this on Hulu and had to come to TH-cam cuz I need to say that Christina Applegate’s timing with bringing the burger to her mouth at the precisely correct moment is amazingly skillful.
Steve made me laugh out way too loud with this one.
I always loved that "No fish will ever touch my grill". Thats how I make fun of our young "sushi" generation in our bbq parties lol :D
Steve's grin killed me 🤣
Steves face
When your right you right
This is a great labor day Al
This is comedy gold ❤😂
So many funny episodes, but this particular episode was for me one of the shows funniest ever .
This is BY FAR the funniest sequence EVER on this show. Absolute classic.
Ashes from the past for burgers of the future.
Great saying
This has always been my favorite episode of MWC, very very funny with a surprise ending. It almost has a touch of Alfred Hitchcock Presents or EC Comics from the 1950s.
Almost everyone spits the food out than there is Steve who just smiles 😂
I love this show wish they would of kept going
Steve just enjoying becoming a cannibal.
The TV sitcom that helped me GET THROUGH all of 2020....! xD
That was one crazy show! LOL
Steve has gone up big time in my book
“Well I sneak over to the nudie place a couple of times a month in order to make it through life”
And steve’s face 😂😂😂😂
Ashes of the past for today's burgers 😂
One of the funniest episodes ever .😂

The irony in Marcy calling Steve a ghoul 😂😂😂😂
A true classic!
The old times
Bye from the netherlands
I love this, but there's a bit of missing context - the kids had been going through the neighbors' houses to find ashes to put in Al's grill. Mostly fireplaces and ashtrays of course
That was a lot earlier, before the Star Spangled Banner singing and Al's lecture.
@@sha11235 yeah, but it explains why Kelly has an "oh crap" moment when she hears Marcy about her aunt's ashes. Otherwise that's just out of nowhere
@@nthgth If you know the episode, it's not important.

“Bone.”
Gets me every time
This episode probably gets the loudest audience ovation when it ends. So deserved too.
I vote this episode the best MWC has ever produced🥇🏆🎆
A super-entertaining video clip, thanks very much.
Was that a bone or a tooth?? 🤣🤣🤣
This was my favorite episode 😂
3:13 best moment
No , ahhh I'm talking about your burgers the secret is in the ashes
Steve: " I finally got you "
the labour day episodes were the best
I agree with Al, no fish will never touch my grill either. Not even chicken. Beef, pork, hotdogs, and lobster is essential for my grill. 🍔🍖🌭🦞🔥
After Al and Peggy had their fourth round of conjugal visits.... It always makes me laugh to see Peggy afraid and weeping 😂😂😂😅
Married with Children was a risky sitcom but brought Fox to the mainstream and competed with the other networks
Steve really must have hated March’s aunt if he enjoys eating her on his burger.
Those cats got aunt Tooneys pension, and thus drove a larger Mercedes then Steve.
@@NemesisRTCW yup, pure hatred.
This was one of my favorite episodes ever! So nasty!
