    We discussed also the difference between steady state and dynamic simulation. Also using quick sizing for valves and vessel in HYSYS.

      Hello im from Iraq can i ask about gas processing in the first. Sludge catcher when i put separator ( three phase) after sludge catcher the system say there no oil or no water exit ( in real facilities) there are available so what i do thank you 🙏 For your videos

    Hello Sir, I'd like to ask something. After setting up all the valves and vessel sizing, liquid percent level variable (shown in 1:02:44) in my simulation is still user-specified (has blue color), instead of calculated value (has black color). This affects the controller behavior which you explain in the next video and my simulation doesnt yield the same graph as yours. Is there something that could possibly lead my simulation to this situation? Thank you.

      There must be something that you miss. Otherwise, it will work well.
      Nonetheless, it's very difficult for me to tell what's wrong if I don't see your model (simulation file) myself. Dynamic modeling is, in this case, pressure-driven. So, boundary pressures have to be specified and the valves on the boundaries (either physically present or just dummy) have to be sized properly and they have to be opened like in real plants.
      You can also use dynamic simulation help icon in HYSYS to help you identify what still needs to be reconciled prior to running it.
