    Thank you so much for your explaination, just I should mention that it seems to be correct when the reverse controller FIC measuring the flow rate of the stream after control valve, not before it.

    Thanks for the great effort.
    I have some questions:
    The entered Cv. is it the rated Cv? we entered it at 50% openning?
    Also we assumed 1 bar as pressure drop but this value changes with valve opening.

      Yes it's rated CV and we assume 1 bar pressure drop at 50 % of valve opening. It will change with the positioning of valve

      So from valve's datasheet we enter rated Cv and we enter valve openning and its corresponding pressure drop.
