I knew the first time I heard Pac back in 92-93 that he was different. I never heard such truth from anyone. Its rare to find someone with the realness, passion, and honesty as tupac had. He would have changed the world as we know it, I have no doubt. I will never forget how I felt and where I was when I had heard he didnt make it. I fell to my knees and just sat there for I dont know how long, and was almost confused, I remember thinking that it had to be a mistake, not because he was famous or I didn't want to believe it, but because well he wasn't done yet, it just felt like it he was here for more that to do music.
He was a true good soul, the realest leader. He was about to make some changes around the the world. change it for the better. Tupac just was becoming too big and fearless of a leader and was not afraid to walk on even if he saw "death around the corner". His music will live on forever though p.s that O´rlando guy was just a pawn in something else, Tupac knew they was after him long before that night in lasvegas ...
💯 I will never forget him. I was never much into rap but Tupac changed that for me. I started listening to him when I was 12 and I'm still amazed at how as a 12 year old girl, I was able to relate to much of what he incorporated through his songs. I was 15 when I found out he'd been shot again. After getting the news he didn't make it, I was distraught; I legit snot nosed cried and fell into my mother's arms. When she found out why I was crying she was a bit mad at first because I scared her, she thought me or someone in the family got hurt 🤣. I mean I was inconsolable. I cried nearly everyday over his death for about a month straight. I always hoped one day to make it to one of his shows or even meet him. It's just amazing how you can form a connection with someone you've never met through their music. I know there's at least 1 Tupac song that has gotten me and is still getting me through life. May him and Shock G RIP.
Maybe if he didn't attack the guy b4 the fight in the casino foye with all his minders & boys he would still be with us & I dont forget this is a self-confessed Gangster,Banger,Ex Con,etc etc .Sad the man had it all going for him & maybe do some good with it but he acted like a DIC ED & was ironed out for it RIP
What sticks out to me re-watching this interview is what he said about being 26...the human brain doesn't fully develop until 25. The way we react, the things that can cause a momentary judgment that's life altering...those things are still heightened even in to young adulthood. Pac was so unusually wise, that we FORGET he was still a very YOUNG man. So much of what happened that we know about him happened from his 21st to 25th birthdays. He hadn't even started yet. And like Shock said, that time...the time he didn't get to really formatively become a man, it can make all the difference. I think of all these young brothas dying before they reach the full crux of their development and it saddens me. They get defined by one moment and never get that chance to be on the other side of it. RIP.
Man well said Pac was CRAZY intelligent for his age I mean listening to his lyrics and putting it together you can hear the DEEPER KNOWLEDGE in his lyrics! but thats why today he has murals worldwide, paintings across the globe , hes on the back or a public bus in different countries , he has a statute in Germany, his own college courses... to do all that between the ages of 19- 25 years old is insane HE DID A LOT!!!!! exactly why he BELOVED worldwide because of what you said and he LOVED THE PEOPLE!! he went all out!!!
