T.be real...thsts cause they, themselves, grew up in a time without social media. So they dont frequent it.so you have to hear about them the old school way, just like they were used to hearing about people they grew up liking. A 36, I see a lot of my generation is a mix. I, myself, rarely ever on social media, whereas a few others are in between and some..SOME of us are on it more than the kids we have. The excuse of those of us ot on it, is basically the fact we grew up without it and we just dont see the importance of it. Had the honor of meeting him after a show in Omaha and was so humbled by how real and genuine he was. Actually gave me the jacket off his back and signed it bc he knew how much I loved his music. Had a beer or two and a good conversation with him and it was like a surreal experience for me. You could just hear his soul in his music-was so talented. I wore that jacket for a couple Haloweens proudly along with the nose and glasses and can't believe I lost track of it a few years later in a move. RIP and love Shock ❤👊✌

T.be real...thsts cause they, themselves, grew up in a time without social media. So they dont frequent it.so you have to hear about them the old school way, just like they were used to hearing about people they grew up liking.
A 36, I see a lot of my generation is a mix. I, myself, rarely ever on social media, whereas a few others are in between and some..SOME of us are on it more than the kids we have.
The excuse of those of us ot on it, is basically the fact we grew up without it and we just dont see the importance of it. We had connection with people just fine before and feel this new way is actuallya bit too intrusive.
This is really deep on soo many levels. He has always been a favorite of mine. I was listening to his music alot before his passing. When I heard, it was like a bit of my childhood/teen yrs died too. Had the honor of meeting him after a show in Omaha and was so humbled by how real and genuine he was. Actually gave me the jacket off his back and signed it bc he knew how much I loved his music. Had a beer or two and a good conversation with him and it was like a surreal experience for me. You could just hear his soul in his music-was so talented. I wore that jacket for a couple Haloweens proudly along with the nose and glasses and can't believe I lost track of it a few years later in a move. RIP and love Shock ❤👊✌
