- As you grow older you lose the ability to do normal things like standing up or walking down stairs. That’s why you never want to lose these movements: the reverse lunge, the frog deadlift and the low chair tabletop, all of which help to maintain strength and flexibility. These movements are important to remember. I'll be watching this video more than once for sure!
Cracks me up that you do all these exercises in Jeans😂
My “jeans workout”- is usually the effort it takes to get them on‼️😂😂
Great job 👏

Thanks for another great video..I wonder if exercise number one would help piriformis I can't stretch the affected side like the other despite daily trying..!
Now that's the best three moves I certainly am going to do into my daily exercise.
I am really starting to put my trust in your advice. My medical community all agree that these would be great for my health and wellness. These exercises mesh well with others they have recommended, but these are more fun to do and achieve the same or better result as the other ones, but much quicker. One reason is that I can actually work them into my daily life without setting aside an exercise session time. That means I will actually do them, lol. No " I'm too busy or too tired" excuses. Thanks. Think I will subscribe to hear more.
Excellent!!! Thank you 🙋🏻♀️
Million thanks for your advice. Your démonstrations as well as explanations are priceless 🎉
I started doing what you call the frog move. I got laughed at by family members but I kept doing it. I feel like my thighs are stronger. I already do the first two. I will include the last one. Thanks for the confirmation and the last exercise.
Great stuff for me - 76! Thanks so much!

I notice you are barefoot. I like to do some exercises barefoot as well but always wonder if it’s okay or not recommended.
I don' t agree with tapping the floor- reverse lunge!!!!! could cause many issues-
Are you a professional medical personnel? He has credentials... You seem to have an opinion. You do you... You know how weak your situation is better than we do. Most people who may have issues, as you say, know to check with their doctor first. Would you have everyone never move for fear of getting an "issue"?
@@annarborthenorris5455 excuse me I have been in the fitness industry since the mid 1980s so I have a lot of experience and I was just being helpful. Sorry if it offended you.
