Honestly that's my favourite pick, I just had to put the Teams timeline thing at #1 because so many people ask for it every time I show embedded Teams chat!

    hi Lisa,
    great overview
my users are looking for the mention feature.
where I can find more info on that (how to setup it and use it) ?
and also how to store a team's communication in a case?
I heard about option for that, but is it here?
    thanks.

Most of the things in this video are just announcements and not released yet, you'll find all the links in the description of the video, if you click through there you'll see the preview and availability release dates for those things, as well as updates.

    Hi,
Thank a lot for the review.
I'm pretty excited by the Teams chat in the timeline, have you already tried it out ?
I search for the config but it seems not yet available 🤔

Unfortunately it's now been removed from this release wave.

That was great a great video. I have 2 things I need help with on Sales Accelerator- Sequence and hoped you could help or give some guidance. I have created a simple 8-step Sequence that I will manually connect leads to when it's the right time in our sales process. There's a few special scenarios that I wanted guidance on. 1) Is there a way to connect a lead to a Sequence But start mid-way into the steps? For example to start the lead at Step 3 and to have skipped the emails from Step 1 /2? Then 2) I have the option set to disconnect the sequence if I get a reply from lead. If someone replies OOO but should really be kept in the sequence, can I put them back into sequence where they left off? Thank you for the help

Hi Sherry, for the first functionality, it doesn't work that way but you can use the skip functionality to skip steps instead. Your second scenario isn't possible at this stage because the sequence isn't connected with the email engagement, but I've passed this on as feedback and a suggestion to the Microsoft product engineering team.
