  • In this video I deconstruct the Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing demo from the April 2022 Microsoft Business Applications Launch Event. This is the first look at new features currently in preview and soon to come from the Dynamics 365 Wave 1 2022 Release. I take you through what was shown step by step, explaining the components and which features are being showcased, to help you understand what's going to be available soon.

    Lisa I love the way you explain modules. can you do a demo of Field service and Customer service. It would be really helpful.

    Thanks for your awesome content. Do you think Microsoft dynamics is worth the price of license considering there are automatic flows in apps like mail chimp or active campaign? Does dynamics marketing really justifies the price? I need a marketing app for my business, so your video is really helpful, but I have to wonder how it is massively better than others

      There's quite a lot to unpack here in configuration, so I haven't put that together yet - and some of these features are soon to be released so I can't show the configuration until that's up. I'll so separate videos on some of these things as they become available, stay tuned.

    Do you know what type of licence users will need to be able to use all the features you looked at there? The transcript of calls looks good, but wondered if all users will need the Enterprise licence to use? Thanks

      For Call Intelligence you need Sales Premium - dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/sales/pricing/
