Simon Sinek's focus on aligning business decisions with purpose is transformative. CVS's bold move to eliminate cigarettes exemplifies how true commitment to a company's purpose can foster both community health and business growth. 🌟

I love implementing the ideals Simon discusses as well as I can in my middle management position. It is rather frustrating seeing a lack of implementation above my level and raising concerns falls on deaf ears

Simon's insights on the infinite mindset are spot on. Mindset isn't just philosophical; it's practical in fostering innovation. For example, companies like Amazon constantly prioritize long-term vision over short-term gains, which is a key reason behind their sustained success.

    Measuring yourself by others strengths
When you should measure your self by your own...

👏🥰Enjoyed listening to this podcast, especially your purpose approach and book about it. Sympathetic and partly humorous way to let us in on different business stories and practical ways to learn and always stand up for a very hands down to work way of optimism.

I'm just listening to your answer that “Justen” asked about underachieving in regard to leadership.
What I thought about was how much this is relevant in everyday life in interactions with our everyday relationships. It put a new perspective on how I engage with my...” separated” husband. We live jointly under one roof because of the cost of housing now a days. Are working towards a possible future as a married couple again. I have been expressing a need to start living a better quality of life(not dependant on the amount of $) I know without a doubt there is much more to life than what we have experienced in the last half dozen years or so. He agrees , and while there are so much more variables to our story, Im just going to say how frustrated I get when I see him revert to back where he's doing things that I believe is taking him backwards. I often tell him how amazing a human being he is, that he is better than what he might think of himself, if he wants to keep living jow he's living except it's not living it's just surviving, ...we are both in survival mode.
My point to all this is, after hearing Simon answer Justins question it put a different perspective on the possibility that I might need to find a different way to talk to him than how I have been.
I hang on every word when I watch you talk Simon and even though so much has to do with business, it in fact has everything to do with being a human being and how best to serve each other in this world in our every day interactionswith one another. You are an inspiration and I am hopeful that if more people actually really listened to you and “heard” what you say, .…. There is a better chance of survival and the betterment of human beings.

💯. Simon's answer on that story actually got me excited about fixing my car up instead of scrapping it and buying another one 😅😂 it's less sexy but more rewarding to invest in what we already have than try to get a new car/job/relationship.

Doubts have been eroded a little about the existence that is difficult to reach, it is necessary to know that in order to achieve true immortality, it is unmatched in the history of human civilization regarding the resources of luxury, splendor, stable life which are very materialistic. As modern humans in today's era, people tend to choose Adolf Hitler over Mother Theresa. Adolf Hitler, the opportunist. true and Mother Theresa is a human being with an angel's heart who loves people without limits, but I like that you always have a positive impact on everyone and see misery in its place. Experiments seem to make everything clearer👍👍👍🇲🇨🇺🇸

No one cares what the company mission is if the CEO makes near 1 million dollars and the majority of the employees at the bottom go years without even a five cent raise. We live in a world where the people on the top help themselves without helping those that work for them. I am not even talking about fast food. I am talking about university employees. Underpaying your staff and giving free food and parties doesn't make people care more. That's why we have unions.

The "CVS stopped selling cigarettes" anecdote sounds good but it's not true. CVS stock is now far BELOW when it stopped selling cigarettes in 2014.
