This is the first Zoom tutorial that I have been able to watch for more than a minute. You have a really soothing voice, your explanation is clear and not too slow or boring, no unnecessary close-up shots at your face (even though you truly are beautiful). Well-done and thanks a lot!

This was very useful an well presented; I had some concern regarding privacy issues with Zoom. The presentation clarified that one has to actually download Zoom onto one's computer, which was another question that I had.

Thank you. I won't recommend the mic i have cause it isn't that great and I have to run my audio track through audacity before I upload every video due to lots of background noise. However I recommend the blue snowball microphones. They are affordable and supposedly good too.

when I first started using zoom, the first few meetings were really great and went smoothly. as I started using it almost every other day, in about the middle of may i started to have some problems. It was either I couldn’t hear anyone talking or no one could hear me talking. And yes my volume was up. Can someone please tell me how to use it correctly and how to make sure my audio works because school is starting soon so I need it!
and also sometimes it makes my screen go black and kicks me out!
I think the best option would be to uninstall it from you computer and then reinstall it again and see if that resolves the issue.

Kurtis McKemmie honestly I find it pretty helpful but as a beginner I used to watch a lot of videos to figure it out. Now that I have school everyday I’ve figured out how to make everything work and if u ever have a problem with zoom just reply to this comment again and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

Nothing much. Some pranksters apparently got some naughty pictures to display, and that's been fixed. ALL online banking, social networks, etc, should be treated with the caution you might exercise downtown-most people are great; some are not. Be happy; watch your back.

Thanks for the video - just enough for what I needed.
This video was well made and explains things clearly. Was this tutorial based on the Free/Basic version? If so, the only drawback I found, was when you described how to schedule a meeting. The audio section that you had on screen is no longer an option for the Free/Basic version. Zoom use to allow you to select for participants to join by telephone, computer audio, or both. The telephone feature is now only for paid versions according to a response I received from Zoom support. Thank you for your tutorials.
