Probably the best version of this incredible piece. Emotive, heart wrenching and dramatic. Her voice was made for this and she clearly put her heart into it. If only Antonio could witness the fabulous Bartoli performing it.

I think that this is one of the most heartbreaking music pieces that I have listen to. Feelings is overflowing through Cecilia Bartoli's mouth , and so we are able to feel like a bereaved mother. Her cry is real and show us her impotence. Great performance!

WOW! especially the part between 3:44 and 4:50 - I saw her many times live and had the privelege to speak with her. She is a real amazing and kind person. Also when she speaks she has a very powerfull voice though very female.
