    I tried this recipe and all I can say is WOW! The aroma from the garlic, onion and thyme (I used dried rosemary) oil alone is heavenly! I never imagined doing that since I’m a sucker for spices and herbs. I will definitely continue to follow your methods. Thank you 🙏

    I’ve tried now a few of your dishes the southern chicken w/carrots and potatoes, pepper steak all very good. Now a question , could I use monk fish for this dish as well?

    Hm... I am not a fan of fish (and allergic on shellfish) - but the recipe looks quite nice for those who like fish (...).
    But here is my problem: where is this dish a vegetable stew??? It is the normal red stew with fish and shrimps - with some added kale. That’s it. There are no particular vegetables!
    I don’t understand.....
