  • So today we got to open up some gifts for Bud and Sadie from some of their fans and let me tell you they were very thankful for the treats and we all appreciate everything you guys do keeps us motivated to keep putting out the contact for this channel but here we are in April still trucking snow, still removing snow off of roofs and still digging out gas meters and propane tanks from upwards of 20 feet of snow cover take a look and see what we’re up to as always like, let us know in the comments what you think about the videos anything we can do to improve are always open for suggestions. Thanks again and will see you on the next one.

I translated Bud's little speech, and he said, "I talked to my agent, who thinks we deserve more time at the dog park,
easier access to the treats, and longer nap times." Of course, when your agent is named Sadie, it's pretty easy to translate...

The footage in this latest episode was excellent as
is always the case. Still amazing to see just how much snow has accumulated in Mammoth Lakes
this season! Gotta imagine there will be considerable structural damage to repair on many
buildings, both residential and commercial. The weight of so many feet of snow on the roofs of these structures must be mind blowing.
Hopefully no additional propane tanks or gas
meters are damaged as the winter season winds
down. Can’t imagine how working in such environments where explosions are possible ,
often with no warning, does to one’s nerves.
I will send some prayers out to your region,
that people, their pets and properties remain
safe, amidst the major thaw and melting that
is about to begin. Severe flooding on top of
the epic snowfalls already experienced, is just
adding insult to injury. Hopefully the big melting doesn’t occur too rapidly. That would likely
have catastrophic results for many people
and their properties. Guess Mammoth Lakes
isn’t out of the woods just yet.
I hope you and your family, and your many
employees and their families all have a joy
filled Easter. Thanks for all the hard work that goes
into producing and airing these podcasts. You do an amazing job!

My son is a truck driver. He just left Chicago, Illinois last night. He said mom I think I am going to go on vacation. He said I think I’m going to go to mammoth. I told him don’t you know mammoth was the hardest mountain resort hit . I told him about your channel. I said let me see the newest video. I don’t think it’s safe to go right now. He said oh I didn’t no. I’m glad to watch your channel. Love Bud & Sadie. Love your videos.

I’d say it’s safe…only unfortunate for ill prepared property owners, and those without proper vehicles and plans during a storm. I’m headed up to the mountains (Tahoe, a few hours North) tomorrow, and expect a great trip per usual.

One more thing, do you guys ever have time to go fishing. Are there nay guide services that offer float trips down the local rivers use float fishing guide boats or guide rafts? Here in NC, we have a service that goes into Tennessee and WV for float trips. We fish for Lg. Mouth, Sm. Mouth, Rainbow and Brook trout and some Sturgeon too. Some of the guys are into fly fishing as well. We usually get on the water around 7am. We fish down stream until noon. Then the guides find a nice spot to pull up on the bank. The guides break out the tables and chairs, cook the food, serve lunch, clean it all up, break it all back down and we are back on the river by 1PM. The keep fishing until we get to our pull out point; usually around 4pm. The guides pull the rafts out, load them on the trailer, and we head back to camp. Depending on what night, we have BBQ catered in one night, steaks on the grill another, sometimes we have prime rib too. The guides cook breakfast each morning before we hit the water. I usually go for a Thursday-Saturday trip and drive back home on Sundays worn completely out from beating the banks for 7 hours a day. As always, we have a fantastic time, have a few drinks, talk shite, play some corn hole, have a few more drinks and finally go to bed. Usually have 7 guide boats and 14 fisherman. Some guys fish for five days straight. The best I've done is three days straight. Eco Fly Fishing is the best. Well worth the money. The last time I want I caught over 25 fish, in one DAY. I stopped counting at 25. Me and my friend caught over 25 each. I doubt we will ever have a day like that again, maybe??

ya you can hire guides here to but if you like to hike in the mountains there are alpine lakes and streams that are amazing fishing you do not need a guide service to catch lots of trout. browns-golden-rainbows -brook trout .

My house is in the video getting cleared. Our propane tanks were buried and it got so crazy this year that no one could keep up, even if you could pay someone to clear your tanks. It was overwhelming for everyone. The other commentor on your question obviously has no clue but is cool with insulting us from the comfort of behind his keyboard in his mom's basement.
