I remember when people didn't trust the process in the SC groups on FB, it's satisfying seeing everybody changing their mind when they finally realized you were onto something. Really like the transformation the car has done.
Best thing about printing your own bumper is that u dont waste time driving to the bodyshop haha! Yeah, that front splitter's really gotta be hardmounted. I had to have a whole bunch of screws bolted in just to secure mine. Awesome video man
I feel you with the summer heat. Been neglecting driving my project car with this 90+ degree weather everyday really debating adding AC for next summer.
you need to add something to the bumper to be able to link the diffuser to it otherwise you're never going to get rid of this problem. It'd be even better if you used bead sealer or something to fill any gaps from the inside so you dont have a bunch of goofy whistling noises
can work too but he hits something with the splitter and that screw might peel its way right out of the bumper. Unless its got a bunch of meat in the infill.
Will the final bumper mold include an option for non-wide body front fenders? Basically, will you design a mold to work with OEM fenders? Might have missed updates in previous videos. Really enjoy your content and commitment to the platform. I've owned my SC300 for almost 20 years.
You’re going to print new upper window trims?! After watching this build I started thinking about trying to figure out how I can do this but if you do it and make some for sale I will buy!!!!! My window trims are f***** lol
Ngl, I thought your brothers wrx was bone stock lol I haven't seen many of that gen modified yet personally, so I thought that was an oem deck lid lip wing option or something initially. I'd definitely be interested in seeing vids on it if he actually does something more significant with it lol

Pro tip for you, you can make a thread to the rod so you dont need to weld a bolt on to it. Easier and better 👌🏻

Why dont you make a proper wood frame mounted splitter? Ive never seen that rubbery looking material as a splitter before
Just screw the splitter to the bumper that way no flapping
