I love how excited you were to do this😂😍 At the end of the day people need to understand that it’s just hair and it can be natural or relaxed as long as it’s healthy
So glad I ran across this video!! Ive been wanting to go back to relaxers, when I was using relaxers it was less maintenance. This natural hair is too much work
For me, I’m on low cut (tinted blonde 😅). Like a lot of people say to me whenever they see my hair “Telemoh, you’re so bold and confident”. I love that I don’t bother what people say about my hair decision, I just do it, even my parents had to adjust. And if I wake tomorrow and decide to start making my hair, all well and good. Lol
I love you Itunu. I am going to do my relaxer after 2 years of natural hair. Wow. I am using Dark and Lovely. Triple Nourished Silkening relaxer - no lye.
I took this this same decision earlier this year for the same reason as yours...two weeks my braids are already looking rough😢 I'm like nope I'm gonna relax this hair and I did🥳🥰 no regrets.. Your hair looks a beautiful welcome onboard.
I just got to the point you said this is your sign to relax your hair and I burst laugh 😂😂😂😂😂. I'm scared of burning my scalp, but I'll follow your method and do it myself before Christmas.
Next time use the 5-5-10 methods to wash out the relaxer love. Shampoo hair leave it in for 5 minutes wash out then another 5min wash out then 10minute and lather will be white without being under washed for 10years 😂😂 (I hate washing out relaxer)
I've been wanting to relax my hair for a while now, but my fear is my very sensitive scalp, when I was relaxed my scalp always got burnt not matter how short I carried the relaxer and I used kids relaxer then o. You don motivate me to do it Shaa, let's see by December.
It's funny how I know when you had a big chop to start growing it out again from days of Natural hair babes on facebook...So it's five years already. Wow. Any which way, relax or natural, haircare is important and you do it well.❤️
I’m on low-cut and all your reasons at the start were why I cut my hair 2 years ago. I doubt I’m ever going to grow it long cos it’s just too much stress
I think I’m going to relax my hair soon. I’m getting tired of my natural hair already. I made my hair and it’s not even up to a month yet but it already looks like I’ve been carrying it for two months😫😫
@@itunuolukunle I finally relaxed it with the same one you used oo but it didn’t relax well😭😭, so I think the hairdresser didn’t do it well. I’ll relax it again in a few weeks.

I can imagine.
how long did you stay after the relaxer was on? was it just that 15mins timing as some extra 2 mins 🙂?
Yes, it was just that.
I like texture in my hair.
What's the name of your dryer please and where did you get it?
I got it off Jumia, can’t believe remember the name
I think I’m going to relax my hair soon. I’m getting tired of my natural hair already. I made my hair and it’s not even up to a month yet but it already looks like I’ve been carrying it for two months😫😫
This can be so frustrating.

@@misscomffy thanks momma ❤️
Sorry about your experience
In place of the ors shampoo can i use belle starr?
The shampoo is a neutralizing shampoo, it is best to use a neutralizing shampoo after relaxing your hair.
@@itunuolukunle okay thank you
Belle Starr is not a neutralizing shampoo?
I'm relaxing my 5yrs natural hair today cos i have to make stiches😢😭😭😭 I'm sad actually
