Today I’m spending a day in Venice Beach and reflecting on some of my videos. I got 1 million views on my Hurrican video and I had to get something off my chest because of some naysayers I just wanted to talk to you guys - บันเทิง

Me also! I’ve been homebound since mid-2019 due to illness and disabled with complex neurological issues (both physical and a traumatic brain injury) since 2003 from a summer job accident at age 22 (I’m now 42). This channel makes me feel like I’m getting out and having fun with a nice tour guide and friend. Mike is a great guy, and I love his humor and creativity. 😊❤

I love California and really love seeing what I love but can't afford to live in. My daughter and I were in Venice but down between Santa Monica was and the Venice pier. My mom who has passed away almost a year ago loved California and she and I visited many times!

It's difficult to travel now with cost of living. I recently told a family member that I feel like I'm on a vacation when I watch your videos - feel like I'm there walking around with you. I am sure you make the day for a LOT of people. I haven't seen one of your videos that I didn't enjoy. Don't stress too much about what people say or think about you Mike. You do a great job. You are honest, sincere and down to earth and you make your videos with a unique style. That's what make your videos relatable and refreshing. Many other YT channels seem pretentious and they try too hard to be perfect and don't really have a unique style or identity that separates them form other YT channels. People who give negative feedback or ratings do it because their lives are uninteresting and are most likely jealous of you and your success and that you are doing something that is relevant, relatable and popular, and they are not! I am your age Mike and I can relate to everything you do, say and feel about life. Keep up the good work and don't stop what you love doing. I always look forward to your videos. I am from Australia and hope to travel to the US with my daughter in the summer 2024. I have cousins in the US, L.A. Chicago , New York and Canada. It's been a while since I travelled. As a fellow person of German ancestry, I can say that we are all very achievement oriented. But in the end being so focused on work does not mean as much as relationships, the natural world, etc. Also, a night of poor sleep can truly mess up your mood! Thumbs up all the way!👍👍👍👍

It’s not your fault that the storm was not a hurricane. Weather is so unpredictable. The media/news loves to make it into more than what it truly is. For ratings. They love to enhance it. Like the world is going to end. Catastrophic stuff. But it never happens. Typical. So you did what you could do. That’s it. You still did well. Congrats on the one million viewers!

You guys lucked out, my brother lives in Venice and he said they were very lucky. If the storm had just tracked 50-75 miles more westward, then Venice would have been in a lot more trouble. The desert communities got slammed. You didn't let us down, it wasn't your fault that you all lucked out! We love German in Venice.
