The water in my D1 spa was down to 40 degrees with the coldest day of the year. Using your video I was able to determine it was the flow sensor and how to temporarily bypass it to get the heat going to tide me over for the week it will take to get a new part. You're the best. Thank you so much.

Excelllent video. I have one question and one comment. Question: you test for AC voltage in series, across the fuse, to validate the fuse. This seemed strange to me and would have indicated a bad fuse in my case. So, I removed the fuse and tested for continuity (0 resistance) and my fuse e6as confirmed to be good. I then tested for voltage output at the terminals and did register 240V, further confirming a good fuse (and a bad pump!). Can you confirm that inline voltage testing should actually be a valid test? Comment: you may also need to note to ensure the spa temperature is not set so low that it goes into "summer mode" as that would shut off voltage to the circ pump.
What if when I remove the flow switch the circulation pump keeps on ramping on and of. When I did the bypass for the heater, codes went away but the circulation pump keeps on ramping on and off. I can't get a steady stream from the circulation pump even after changing the pc board and flow switch.
I know it's been 5 months and you've probably figured it out by now, but you probably have a bad circ pump. Sorry, I made a few videos on this channel and then never read the comments until now.

Where does the two pin wire go from the circulation pump I think I pulled it off changing the flow sensor
Why is the pump bad if the PC board is sending the correct voltage?

@@mattsandner9812 thank you for replying, it was in fact the recirculation pump.
So I jumped the flow switch and heater turned on and hot I just left it jumped. Now circ is going on and off heater is still on
Why would cause circ pump to Start repeatedly going on and off?
