Simple answer to this is- stay away from Costco,Sam's Club, Amazon-any of those types are unreliable brands. Brick and mortar stores may cost a little more up front but you're going get the Reliability from a trusted brand and the customer support from a good dealer.
Many of the “big box” tubs (Costco, Home Depot, Wayfair…) are made by Strong and private labeled for the retailer. We own a Strong and it is great. It has a thick shell, Balboa control panel, stainless steel jets and a stainless steel heating tube, main circulation tubes are clamped…No complaints so far.
You can't listen to Everything that Everybody says and have to take some of it with a grain of salt Because Dimension One is a very High-end Quality tub. Lol , I've been in the spa industry for over 22 years.
I bought a Coleman SaluSpa from Rural King in '21. I have had ZERO problems with it. The one thing that annoys me is the 72 hour time limit. That is, it will automatically shut off after 3 days. Not a fan of that. Concerning the temperature accuracy, both of the temperature readings (control panel and floating thermometer) are the same so, no complaints there. So, after two years of ownership, I am completely satisfied. Amazingly, it has been trouble-free.
@@rdj6107 if i didnt get such a good deal on my Viking at local dealer who will put it on patio, I would have gone with a BuenoSpa really. as long as you know what you're getting into with delivery and everything they seemed a really good value.
That was one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time, thorough and well researched. I own a master spas, Michael Phelps, hot tub, very satisfied with the tub good channel.
I bought a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from the State Fair here. They bring in salesman from out of state. We got a "Showroom/Used" Model which they had NO CLUE on which is were. Maybe I should have stayed away. BUT the price was right. The Tub is solid. The Customer Service at the *Jacuzzi in Saint Louis Park MN* has not been great. Tried delivering it before discussing it which caused them to have a Forklift have to move it from their truck causing crack in the bottom. They Say 2 year warranty but they no call/no showed to 6 different apts they set up. Finally got that issue fixed. They'd didnt like the google review I put up, so when I noticed an LED issue they kept trying to force their repair guy to come out to me before I was ready and while it was middle of WINTER here. Now I dont get replies back from the technician who said all I needed to do was text him. and when I call and ask for the person im supposed to talk to she dodges my calls. Been reluctant to want to deal with them even with 1 year "warranty" left on it.
Yeah I have a MyLife tub which is the exact same tub as Jacuzzi models. Customer service is now though Dreammaker which is really weird. Sorry to say these tubs SUCK. I have had it 3 years and now its leaking.
Great vid. It looks like you're purposely steering clear of answering which hot tubs you think are the best. I can understand your stance, but would still like to know which ones have the best ratings based on your research. Thanks!
wrong on intex, I owned 3 of them over 3 yrs. they break after 1 year if outside all year around , on east coast usa. Maybe i over worked it keeping it always plugged in for a year. But if you do leave ready to go all year , expect to buy a new one every year.
Tell you what, DO NOT buy from Jacuzzi! Not only is their customer service terrible but it's next to impossible to find someone to work on them! Fish around for companies that service & repair hot tubs and see what brands are popular. This will be very helpful in the long run.
Better business rates based on how much the company spends on their rating. It is a business much like Angie’s list. If you are a crap business with tons of bad review’s from the public you go to these rating agency’s and pay them to say you are not s scum bag but an upstanding professional business. Good companies never need to be rated. you know them because your friends used them or bought from them and they are happy.
Can you imagine having issues with hair color in the year 2024 Low self-esteem: People may judge others to feel superior or in control of their insecurities. thats the kid-glove version 4 you! 👌
Thanks for the helpful info though I feel like you are going through a midlife crisis with the blue hair (not cool dude) and can you chill with the excessive hand gestures? Other than that though you sound like you did some good research!

I have to disagree when it comes to Dimension One. I had one for 22 years with very little issues. And now I am on my second one with no complaints.

Thorough and helpful that you explained your criteria.
What about Ecospa? Any opinion?

Hmm would I listen to a guy with purple hair, not usually but in this case yes I did. 😂

Never ever take advice from a guy who is a cross dresser with blue hair...he can't even make his mind up about identity let alone a Hot tub
Not sure I can trust this guy, looks like a male Karen
You should see the"shorts"that he made of himself showing his pee pee, I think it was by accident but still😂😅
What happen to your hair. 😮
