I knew I wasn't the only one who saw this relation. being able to isolate certain body parts and activate certain fast twitch muscles at will.

Well its a paradox, you isolate, in order to achieve great force, which comes from using your whole body. You cannot really see them clearly since its a minimal force, each a domino falling in an enormous chain, leading to an endpoint of enormous force

You break the inertia with a minimal movement with you whole body. Once done this, you direct the resultant trough your desired member addinng its isolated explosive power. Kind of stuff thats is easier to do than to explain.

I like the stuff you have but I'd love to hear them talk. English Subtitles would be so very helpful.

I have been training my artist this for years. He is the real deal. I dance as well and this is a great way to approach movement without using the normally associated muscle that gets in the way. Dont use your shoulders to move down or you can put your spine out of alignment etc..

+Ahmed Diaa True true, but the precision control would be useless without the integration and fundamental mechanics... whats really amazing is how he's moving at that speed, not just that he's quick

you call in popping,. if you master the art of actually ferocious reflexes you could do harm or damage to any part of the human body,..
Same thing with moving a sword so fast you could cut a coconut without spilling !

This is getting old. OLD. Keep being secretive!! I don't get the purpose of these videos anymore. You either give information or show off. This, however, is no more than nothing.
