Biggest tip would be starting out small! I think that’s why I love running now because when I was younger it was more for fun and not too intense! Walk/runs are awesome and slowly work towards longer/faster runs just not at the same time :))
Cottage cheese mustard - wud be fine , whatever you can do to keep eating healthy foods without getting bored is good. I like to use coconut aminos as a sauce (soy sauce replacement ). If you just never stop this lifestyle and clean eating it pays off huge later in life. The only thing I was wondering about was the benefit of the 30 mins on an elliptical , as you’ve expended plenty of calories for the day up to that point. An active recovery level of intensity maybe? Solid work!
Healthy eating is definitely important!! I run pretty low mileage so I use the elliptical to substitute mileage and as active recovery after my runs! :)
D1 gets all the attention. It’s basically like major league (D1) vs minor league baseball (D2). Not exactly the same comparison but similar as far as notoriety
any tips for beginner runners?

Just cottage cheese, both together would be a no for me hehe…
Me too… but maybe I’ll try it sometime 😅
Being not from the US I always here this term D1. Never D2? Is there D2 and is D2 really that bad?😂
There are division 2 and 3 sports as well and they are both great! Very talented athletes and programs
