❤I have subscribed to your channel.
❤Oh my god you are so sweet and beautiful and I really like your routine I love you
The TH-cam Recommendations worked!!! They worked! SUBBED….
Your sooo pretty ❤!
Aww you’re so sweet!! 🫶🏻❤️
How did your sister do? ❤️❤️
If you don’t mind me asking
She did great!! It was so fun to watch her at her last race! 🥹
That’s good!
I’m from Chicago I’m in the trenches fr, Ima young bull. I kid you not them stress fractures are no joke. I run sprints and I’m a beginner. When I had mine I could not sprint long or put power into the ground I wanted. The worse part about it was you have to wait months for it to heal. Ruined my summer.
They’re the worst!! It took me a while to recover from mine - sorry to hear you had one too!
Love this!!
Thank you!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
What I wouldn’t do for a 30 degree day right now in Ohio😂
Oh that’s rough I’m struggling with 40’s 😅
the A,B,C goal thing is golden. love that!
I love it!! An old coach taught me it!
Muito bom!
😄😄
Yay congrats on the PB, plenty more to come for sure!!! 🎉🙌🏼✨
Thank you so much!! :))
Big congratulations on the 4 second PB! That's another big step. You ran a really strong race leading so much of the way. If you were in a heat where other runners set a sub-5 pace and you could just sit in and hang on, I think you'd be under 5 easily. But like you say, pretty soon it'll be something you don't even think of. You're putting in the effort and seeing the results.
Thank you so much!! I hope I'll get into some races where everything lines up! All about keeping up the work! :)
I thought that was you. I watched it live on FloTrack. Great job.
Thanks so much!! That's so cool you got to watch!
@olivianiewald 👍
First! ❤

You got this!!!
Thank you so much!! 🥰
Very good video-- This is definitely info I wish I would have known my freshman year! Have you considered getting a nutritionist certificate from NASM or any other credible programs? I believe it's less than $1000 & it would give you a lot of credibility as D1 athlete/certified nutritionist! I was a D1 track/cc athlete and now own a Wellness business-- just from my experience it may be of help to do some research on and see if it could help your personal branding... You're always free to reach out if you have any questions-- I love being able to help the next generation of athlete/entrepreneurs
Thank you!! That sounds like a great opportunity thanks for mentioning it! :)
Congratulations on a weekend of firsts! I agree, the third quarter of a mile is the tough part. Mental preparation is great but there's nothing like doing it. But your A goal is absolutely within reach. And yes, I ran in the snow for an hour here in NC and it was amazing! Great job with the update. I'm looking forward to the next one.
Definitely!! I think I learned a lot from just racing! Thank you for the kind words!
Congrats, good luck for the rest of your season!!! ✨🙌🏼
Thank you so much!! :)
Nice work. Congrats to you and your friend. I had my season opener on Saturday as well. The entire heat was cooked but I am still happy of my time. My coach knows I can bring it down based on the condition since it was outdoors and the race day factors . When you guys go to team dinners and the hotel, is it payed for by the school? Also would you guys get this treatment if it is a meet say a town away from fsu.
Thank you!! I felt the same way about my opener - lots to improve on! Glad you are happy with your race :) It is payed for we are very lucky! This weekend we are going to a meet that is closer so no hotel but still lots of awesome resources I'm very grateful for!
@@olivianiewald nice. Good luck. Pr incoming!
i'd love to see a presentation of your D1 track gear ;)
I would love to make a video on that!! They do a great job with gear!
so glad you had a great first day back! student-athlete life is hard but very rewarding in the end!
Thank you!! It's a lot at times but I wouldn't have it any other way! :)
I just wanted to say how much I love your channel. I am a 17 year old XC runner coming back from a hip stress fracture from running and it’s been hard. I’m trying to get back to the 7-8 mile long run mark and I wanna run in college and these videos are giving me motivation when it’s hard ❤🏃♀️
AWW thank you!! It makes me so happy to hear you’re getting back out there! I can definitely relate having dealt with a stress fracture in my hip and both femurs. Its tough but you got it! :))
@ thanks! 😊
Crunch fitness gym upstairs indoor track is so hot up there I cannot run. I literally ran and got an injury eventually after 12 minutes because of the heat. I literally have tried to run outside and have been having trouble like it is too cheap. I told the staff at Crunch and she text her boss and hasn't responded to me about the situation.
To run track at FSU did you get a scholarship or apply? could you maybe do a video on you gpa and running stats that helped you get in?
Yes I’d love to do a video on that! I walked onto the track team but have an academic scholarship with a 4.88 GPA and 1410 SAT in high school!
@ Wow thats amazing! Yes please a video thank you!!☺️
This is really valuable information that can help a lot of other runners. Congratulations on overcoming your injuries and keeping your running career going. It's great to be super motivated and willing to work through a little pain but we also have to take care of ourselves and know when to back off. Btw, have you seen Dr. Megan Roche and Megan Hyland's Huzzah project? They dive deep into this stuff and say a lot of the same things as you, so maybe you have already but it looks like a great resource specifically for female athletes.
Thank you so much!! I hope it’s helpful! I haven’t heard of that project but I will definitely look into it, I’m always trying to learn more! :)
@@olivianiewald Thanks for the reply and have a great week!
any tips for beginner runners?
Biggest tip would be starting out small! I think that’s why I love running now because when I was younger it was more for fun and not too intense! Walk/runs are awesome and slowly work towards longer/faster runs just not at the same time :))
hope your recovery time gets you in tip-top shape my dear... best wishes... love / light & warmest regards for epic success & great health

My brother is getting back into running after being injured he ran his first race of the school year yesterday he got second in 1500 and 800. Good Luck on your race!
That’s so awesome!! Love to hear it! Thank you so much! 🥰
good luck on your upcoming race!
Thank you so much!! 🥰
I love these! Food is definitely the biggest one for me, literally as soon as I eat I can feel the pain start to go away just about every time!😂 Also in general, just being able to listen to what your body is saying, whether it's tired or rundown, etc, because then you never get to the point where it's hurt
I feel that!! It’s so important for recovery! I think listening to your body is BIG too but so hard for athletes because they always want to push past their limits! Definitely something I had to learn the hard way 😅
Best days in the life as a d1 runner ever 🔥🙏🏿
Thank you so much!! :))
THATS SO FAST 😮
Aw thank you!! ☺️
Your pjs are very cute!
Aw thank you they were a gift from my mom! 💗

Your first indoor track season sounds really exciting! It seems like running is going really well for you and I'm looking forward to your report. Have a great race!

Love this!! Please keep posting😁
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you like it! 💗
so just to make sure you do this for one week and then rest for another?
It actually just gets more intense haha! I was on winter break in this video training solo but now I'm back at school training with my team and have a ran in 9 days! So we are gearing up with some heavier workouts to get ready to race :) I do have completely off days from my coach though!
😅 I see, tysm for responding!
Just cottage cheese, both together would be a no for me hehe…
Me too… but maybe I’ll try it sometime 😅
I am trying to get recruited for running in college. I ran 15 48 in xc this season as a junior and have started talking to d1 coaches. My team is really scattered and all of us train solo including me. Should I mention to coaches that I have to train solo so they will think I will have massive growth in college when I get to run with teammates.
Hi that’s awesome! I would suggest letting any coach you talk to know your current mileage and training situation so they can get a good idea of your potential and what transitioning onto their team would look like. Keep reaching out to coaches and working hard!! Good luck!
@@olivianiewald thank you so much for the advice! Keep on grinding for track
Cottage cheese mustard - wud be fine , whatever you can do to keep eating healthy foods without getting bored is good. I like to use coconut aminos as a sauce (soy sauce replacement ). If you just never stop this lifestyle and clean eating it pays off huge later in life. The only thing I was wondering about was the benefit of the 30 mins on an elliptical , as you’ve expended plenty of calories for the day up to that point. An active recovery level of intensity maybe? Solid work!
Healthy eating is definitely important!! I run pretty low mileage so I use the elliptical to substitute mileage and as active recovery after my runs! :)
Loving your new channel, I love watching runner vlogs before my runs!
Aww thank you so much!! Glad you like them! ❤️
Being not from the US I always here this term D1. Never D2? Is there D2 and is D2 really that bad?😂
There are division 2 and 3 sports as well and they are both great! Very talented athletes and programs
D1 gets all the attention. It’s basically like major league (D1) vs minor league baseball (D2). Not exactly the same comparison but similar as far as notoriety
I'm curious, do you do the cross training right after the run, or later in the day as a double?
I do it right after! Doubling might be better but I am too lazy to shower twice 😅
That’s so true 😂. I do hammer throw and train 4 hours on Saturday I should do two hours throwing first in the morning then gym later in the evening but I really can’t be bothered.
@@Cass107Right it’s not even worth the benefit at that point lol also that’s a lot of time!
90 MINUTES?!?!?!? GIRLLLLL YOURE AN ABSOLUTE BEAST FOR THAT
Aww thank you so much!! 🥰 The stairmaster is brutal!
Awesome sesh, that’s similar to one of my favs! Keep smashing it!!! 🎉 Love your vlogs btw! 🙌🏼
Thank you so much!! 😊 I love a good ladder workout!
