Ah cool, glad someone requested this. It's so underrated, it didn't get a lot of views on Cinemax but hopefully HBO gets more eyes on it. Bruce Lee wrote the premise for the show back in the 70s and pitched it to different studios but wasn't ever able to get it made, and then back in 2015, Lee's daughter got a network to create the show. Lots to love about the show but Andrew Koji really stands out as the protagonist.

TBH if this was not a request (meaning someone paid for it) they wouldnt watch it, it doesnt pay them to have so little views about a mysterious show no one heard of.... So let's react to Stranger things new season like ALL other reaction channel about movies and TV shows on youtube. Follow the media not do what you want/will based on your personal real likes and dislikes and create a community based on that... It is a business and their business is reacting to stuff, popular stuff gets more views. Not artistically better or more compelling, simply more popular, one doesn't correlate to the other.

Bruce lee wrote this story long ago he wanted Hollywood to make this into a show like green hornet but they weren't ready for a Chinese star so many years later his daughter Shannon lee found this story and produced this show and i hope a channel will pick it up and continue this story
This isn't strictly an HBO show (it's Cinemax), but if you want to see HBO's god-mode shows, just look at their critic scores. Their record is crazy. They have a couple *dozen* shows in their catalogue that qualify as world-class. At least five are regularly cited as GOAT.

This show is absolutely amazing !! It really sucks it doesn't get more recognition than it should. Cinemax has put out Strike Back, Banshee and Warrior. All 3 shows are phenomenal. I try to tell everyone I can about these 3 shows hoping they would spread the word and so on....
