- You could go buy some snacks before you go fishing, and then you would have more time spent actually fishing. There's just something special about heading to the river, catching your meal, and cookin' it right there. I hate going to the grocery store, but I'll do this every chance I get!

I took my own advise and went out with J hooks the other day. Got into a mess of little ones and had a ball. They kept me so busy I had trouble drinking a beer. Definitely more drama than circle hooks. Sit down, jump up, left pole, right pole, tip the beer have to slam it down on the beach without spilling it and jump to the rod. swing and a miss, swing and a hit. I am telling ya, it would make a good video.

Oh yea catfish nuggets, I've been fishing all my life but actually recently tried my first catfish nugget about 4 months ago, my cousin begged me to try his. They were delicious! Definitely regret not eating em sooner! Another great video Spencer!

You musta lost your stand for your propane tank. The one I use has four feet that spin out and it'll hold a big skillet 😜. Hope you're freezer is full. Sounds like a damn good thanksgiving. I ditched the stand. It's way more stable burying it into the ground. I bought a butane burner though, so it shouldn't be an issue where ever I want to cook. Got a little meat in the freezer. Gonna try and kill a deer this winter even. You do the same!

Hey, really enjoy the channel! I grew up catfishing with my pops and the one thing he always harped on me about was the hook set, the hook set! I'm just curious why and how you're so successful without a big hook set? Keep up the great content.
