Just saw this today. Its quite unique. There were so many good scenes. The wedding, Tevye's dream, When they leave Anetevke and everything in between. Tevye was so good as was Yente who stole every scene she was in . The woman who played Golde was somewhat younger than I expected, but was very good as well. They were all good. You could tell that they did not grow up speaking Yiddish, but it didn't matter. I was like being in the shtetl. What a hard life.
A shainem dank for posting this! That hora dancing is so inspiring! It made me cry. I hope to go see this with my family. My mom and dad are fluent speakers of 2 different Yiddish dialects: my dad speaks Litvish while my mom speaks Varshava.

Having seen so many other "Fiddlers", on Broadway and local productions, I would rate this as one of the best! Really hope EVERYONE goes to enjoy it!
