Have authenticate my documents from MOE AND MOFA before do I need to do it again or I don’t do to redo it I should just book legalization appointment with Austria embassy and apply for admission right

Please for the proof of fund, how long should the money be in your account from the period of visa application to the period of applying for permit when one have arrived in Austria?
